Beachfront holiday rental in Anse Caritan

We had a great time at this beautiful place. Above all, we loved the exterior which is really well furnished (spa, deckchair, garden furniture) and extremely well planted. Everything is really well thought out and you will not want for anything on site (beach equipment, first aid kit, iron...). A very well-equipped kitchen will allow you to cook your delicious meals. Lots of little books will help you discover this beautiful island. 😊 Thank you again for contributing to the wonderful stay we just experienced. We will be sure to recommend you warmly.

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

This place was just like the photos. Beautiful quiet location overlooking the ocean with a short trail to the water. Evan met us when we arrived and gave us good recommendations for food and activities. There is even a double sit on top kayak to kayak a short distance to an island. The hammock was wonderful too!

I had a great stay in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José welcomed me, and was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

We spent a few days at Alain & his spouse's place. We were 2 adults as well as a young baby. We loved the place, especially its large terrace which was perfect for keeping our son in the shade while being outside. The hosts were very nice & attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much, we recommend it!!

The accommodation is perfect for a peaceful week in southern Martinique. We had a great week in this apartment which was perfectly clean upon arrival, very well decorated and pleasant. The balcony is great too. In addition, the residence is very quiet. Thank you for everything!

Best Airbnb rented to date! This villa is absolutely splendid and the views are breathtaking. Anse d'Arlet is super quiet, and well located for visiting the other villages and beaches around. We loved snorkeling with turtles and fish, the fresh fish market, the beautiful Diamant beach, but most of all, we always looked forward to returning to the villa to enjoy the pool and the view… thank you for a great stay!!

A PERFECT stay. Very high quality hosts; super welcoming and present as needed to help us organize our trip. Very good time spent together and especially an idyllic decor. Big + for the salt pool, very pleasant; the view and the vegetation of the garden, exotic; as well as an ideal location to make the most beautiful coves of our stay. I recommend 110% away.

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. Our stay at Villa NALA was wonderful - beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and relaxing. The house had everything we needed on hand, and was a great place to explore the island from, not too far from anywhere. The pool was a huge plus and it was nice to have such easy access to the water, some local restaurants, and some nice hiking nearby. Highly recommend a stay here!

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

The place was just as we expected and looks exactly like on photos. Right next to the BlackDiamond pool area. + Would recommend this. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place. It was quite close to most of the beautiful beaches and important areas and we had free access to the pool downstairs. Clement was super kind and responsive :) There are a lot of similar apartments right next to each other so if you’re looking for a quiet and private area this might not be for you. The kitchen is on the balcony and you have all that breathtaking view while having your meals or sipping your morning coffee. -Not really a quiet area. There were parties in the weekends and strangers from parties came up and were knocking on our door during the night sometimes. The music is very loud, but during the weekdays or when there aren’t any parties, it is quiet and kind of peaceful. We have read in reviews about the parties and we still decided that it would be okay for us. Thank you! :)

The listing is as described. It is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is a huge advantage! There are parking spaces right in front of the accommodation. The hosts are discreet but responsive to our requests. We really enjoyed our stay and the little touches on our arrival. This accommodation is ideal for visiting the south of the island.

The arrival was a little difficult; I had not read the note about the GPS coordinates to use and so I found myself on a strange path. On the other hand, once installed it was very beautiful and comfortable with the small patio to read quietly outside. Elise and Yannick are great. I spent two evenings with them chatting about everything and nothing and it was one of the highlights of my stay! So welcoming and interesting! They make sure we don't miss anything! It's been a pleasure connecting with them! It's near a beautiful little village but still a little far for a quick outing. You definitely need a car to settle in this area, but the bonus is that parking is included. It was a pleasure and I would go back!

The Cabanon right on the beach has an excellent location for exploring the south of Martinique. The beach is used by many residents who are very friendly and open-minded. You can do sports here, snorkel and explore the underwater world or just relax and sunbathe. The Cabanon is ideal for two people. A parking space for a car is available right in front of the Cabanon. Everything is there to keep you going. Celine is a straightforward host who is quick to respond to questions and makes it easy to check in. We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend Celine and her Cabanon.

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Everything was as described, or even better. The swimming pool, suitable for both children and adults, was a real asset to fully enjoy our days. The environment is quiet and conducive to relaxation. A big thank you to our host for hosting us and for his availability. We will keep a great memory of this stay and will be happy to return!

"We feel at home" would really be the perfect phrase to describe the stay at Manuéla's! Upon our arrival, Manuela is very welcoming, receives us in person and gives us a tour of the accommodation. A breakfast and a local aperitif awaited us, which is really very appreciable and immediately immersed us in a family atmosphere. In addition, Manuéla provides a welcome guide with recommendations for nearby addresses and activities! Also proactive and responsive by message, which can be very useful. Then, the accommodation is perfect, fully equipped, quiet and above all with a magnificent view of the bay of Sainte Luce. I highly recommend staying at her place for both the proximity and the local and comfortable experience. The only downside in all this was to leave, but it is certain that when I return to Martinique, I will return to Manuéla 🤩
