Comfortable ground floor 2-room flat (34 m2) with terrace in flowered garden, a 3-mn walk from the nice little beach of Anse Caritan. Air-conditioned bedroom , desk, a living-room, real kitchen, terrace where you can have your meals accompanied by birdsong, Wifi, washing-machine. The village 600m far offers all amenities (shops, post office, restaurants). Several beaches around, all different, including the beach of Les Salines, nautical activities, hiking. Ce charmant studio vous accueille sur la commune de Sainte-Anne au sud de la Martinique. Situé au sein d'une résidence arborée et fleurie, tout équipé au 1er étage dans une résidence à 3 min à pied de la plage et 10 min à pied du bourg de Ste Anne. Lovely apartment, completely renovated, in the secure Melody residence, with numbered parking space and swimming pool. You will be welcomed in a 2-room apartment comprising a living room, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160), a shower room with suspended toilet and washing machine and a large terrace of more than 10 m² with its new equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob), dining room and above all a breathtaking view of the bay of Marin and Sainte Anne.

Incredibly fantastic!! I could never thank Damien enough for this sublime stay, the welcome, the kindness, the quality of the accommodation, everything is heavenly. Very nice accommodation with a beautiful beach 300m away. I had seen a lot of listings where sleeping was a click-clack. This is a real comfy queen bed! The washing machine is a real plus, it allows you to come back without laundry when you come back from the holidays. Marc was very accessible and available. There's nothing missing from this listing. The walls are thin but the neighbors are discreet and nice.

Clean and functional accommodation. A 5-minute walk from the beach, which is pretty nice. Very quiet residence. Restaurant pool accessible for free if you eat there otherwise €10 adult and €4 child. Philippe is available and very nice for any practical questions. We recommend it.

We spent a month in the accommodation which is one of the best exposed in the residence, especially to enjoy its tropical flora balcony. The proximity to the beach just 10 minutes walk away is a big plus. If you know of a Magali or Isabel issue are still there with a quick response. The very clean apartment is well equipped and makes a couple happy. It's almost like our home. If you want to have a pleasant stay, don't hesitate to contact Victoire. Congrats Victoire.
