Beachfront holiday rental in Anse des Rochers

Thanks to Isabelle for her welcome and for providing a bed and a baby chair quickly for our 2 year old child.

Great place, easy to get to and close to most things to do! Clean and quiet neighborhood! The only downside is the fact that there is only one sheet in the bed and no duvet/pier! Benjamin was very helpful, friendly and quick to access! Thank you!!

Small shop , snack bar and buffet at will with different evening menu at €35. Animation on p 'ce. I recommend the poncho grill 10 minutes away for good grills . Near all roads a little winding so be careful

We had a great time 2 adults and 2 children (4 years and 18 months). The place is super clean, comfortable and has all the essentials for a nice stay, including a cooler and a very safe and comfortable crib. We really enjoyed the view from our accommodation and the shops on the site (convenience store with lots of choices, delicious bakery and pizza and burgers restaurant with a great atmosphere in the evening). We highly recommend for families who want to visit the area and enjoy the beautiful pool:) Thank you Isabelle and Christophe

We had a wonderful week at this place, everything was as described. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and ideally located for exploring the area. The pool was simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing at any time. The private beach, on the other hand, was a real plus, offering an exceptional setting to enjoy the calm and sun. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to spend a lovely vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a nice stay at Jean's despite visiting a few cockroaches during our first night ... Justine who welcomed us was nice and welcoming, she recommended a few restaurants nearby. Communication with Jean was fluid and efficient. Private beach access is possible and this is lovely. The apartment is well located, 10min drive from Ste Anne. It is also well equipped, even if the high table and chairs are not super comfortable, as well as the sofa.

Sylvain's place was lovely. Its location right at the beach was perfect and having access to the loungers on the beach was great. The pool is well maintained. While the property, as a whole could use a facelift, Sylvain's apartment was nicely designed and decorated, well maintained and immaculately clean. Marie, the concierge, was proactive with her communication and readily available. Sylvain's place was lovely. If the property as a whole would need a little refreshment, Sylvain's apartment was nicely designed and decorated, well maintained and impeccably clean. Accommodation as described , magnificent view, we fall asleep with the sound of the waves, ideally located on the village Pierre et vacances. The place has everything you need for the stay, everything is well thought out! The owners are very attentive with their hosts, ask if everything is okay during our stay, very human . We were greeted by Elodie , very nice! We recommend +++ and keep the address for we hope to be able to go back next time ...

We are returning from a stay in Guadeloupe at Yvan and Karine's of which we will keep a very good memory. The residence was very well maintained with beautiful gardens located in St FRANCOIS NEARBY all amenities. The villa within the residence has been renovated and offers all the necessary equipment. the responsiveness of the hosts and Angela was very nice. Looking forward to returning for a future stay in Guadeloupe.

We had a great time at Nathalie and Arnaud's place. Very nice welcome and accommodation faithful to the listing. Perfect privacy on the terrace and quiet environment. On the other hand, we had not anticipated that the nearby beach, relatively uncrowded, was so beautiful! An ideal location for discovering Grande Terre.

Really nice accomodation in Saint Anne. It is more spacious than on the pictures and very well equipped. Sinta is a very nice host that gave us loads of tips for restaurants that we enjoyed.

accommodation corresponding to the photos. very nice view , close to parking and pool. a little bit just for 4 but we didn't stay indoors during the day access to the pool and beach right next door. I expected to hear more noise in the evening in view of the old reviews, while for a holiday village, I thought it was quiet (positive😊) attention however to the children's club, it is 16 euros per activity offered we have not tried the gym/spa wellness thank you to Valerie for her responsiveness and kindness i would recommend the place with pleasure

Great! Very nice and functional accommodation. It's a shame that the private beach of the residence is filled with sargassum and no longer resembles the photo that can be seen, 🙁 but that's nature😅. I hope that your beach regains its beauty! In any case, we took advantage of the superb swimming pool of the residence 🤩

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well located, idyllic setting, very well equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her home (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We would also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.
