The bungalow is traditionally built, it stands on pillars in a large garden in which two other houses are rented out. The house has NO AIR CONDITIONING. The windows have wooden blinds with louvres, the air circulates under the house and through all the rooms. It feels so good to relax on the open veranda, watching tropical flowers and birds, geckos and insects, chickens, cats, flying foxes. No glass windows, no pool. Instead, beautiful wood and nature, fresh air, mosquito nets - and free Wi-Fi.

Dalle foto e descrizione dell'alloggio non ci si rende conto di quanto è bella la casa (in realtà è una villetta). Casa perfetta cucina attrezzatissima, patio e giardino, host speciale, disponibile e attento, senza che lo chiedessimo si è fatto carico del trasporto dei bagagli dal porto a casa andata e ritorno. SPECIALE!!! in centro a pochi passi da ristoranti, supermercati, farmacia, takeaway e quant'altro può servire. Per un gran bel soggiorno a La Digue, assolutamente da non perdere

We had a wonderful stay at Elna’s. The place was spot clean and had many amenities - bike rental, home-cooked food (fresh ingredients and fair prices), beach towels, outdoor shower, … her place is located near the jetty - a 5-mins bike ride, but you can also arrange a jetty transfer for SCR 150 rupees. L’Union Estate was very close by (only a 5-mins bike ride away). Quiet and away from the main road, we appreciated the peacefulness and kind hospitality. We’ll definitely come back!

Se rendre chez Marie-Paule c’est comme découvrir qu’il y a un morceau de chez soi à l’autre bout du monde. C’est en tout cas le sentiment que parvient à transmettre Marie-Paule. On y est bien, immédiatement. Entouré de personnes exceptionnellement sympathiques. Une grande liberté règne dans cette maison de vacances perchée dans la forêt, avec une magnifique vue sur la baie. La maison est entièrement ouverte sur l’extérieur. Les insectes l’ont bien compris, qui traversent tranquillement le salon, venu de la forêt environnante. On s’y fait très bien, sauf si vous avez cette phobie. La chambre, bien fermée, est à l’écart, les lits parfaits. Nous y avons tout aimé. Les conseils de Marie-Paule, très organisée, sont toujours riches, précis. Native, elle connaît tout de l’île. La relation est très amicale. Et les amis parfois de passage. Merci, Marie-Paule, de nous avoir si gentiment accueillis.

Logement légèrement cher, mais nous sommes sur une île et difficile de trouver moins cher Très grande maison avec des chambres partagées et salle de bain privé Au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons une grande pièce avec une télévision en endroit pour prendre son petit déjeuner Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble très propre. Je recommande sans souci.

Un séjour parfait grâce à une équipe exceptionnelle ! J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est le personnel. Tout le monde était incroyablement gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. On se sent vraiment bienvenu dès l’arrivée.
