Beachfront holiday rental in Anse Marcel

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Our house was amazing from the pool to the scenery and how close it was on the water and to Pinel Beach! Philippe was the best host as well. He was there to greet us early, and went over everything in the house. Gave us beer, and a bottle of their native rum too! I would absolutely recommend this house and Philippe as a host!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

Kathy’s place exceeded our expectations and was so hard to leave. Kathy and Zackarie were fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in a great area. The market right on the street was super convenient, and there were plenty of great local spots nearby, including a must-visit tiki bar down the road called Ratafia. The beach was within walking distance, and it was such a joy to be able to bring our dog. The island is incredibly dog-friendly. There’s really no better place to stay on the island. We’re so glad we found a new home away from home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious property! The place was not only stunning but also felt very safe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beach chairs provided for our outings. The hosts were incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy their time!!

We had a wonderful 7 night stay. Location was perfect - walkable to everything Orient has to offer. Unit was clean and bed was very comfortable. Having a dryer was a real bonus for the week. Also, there’s a small half bathroom right off the kitchen that isn’t in the pictures. That was really handy and gave extra privacy since the toilet upstairs is not very private. Only one small negative - the view is not quite as pictured. There’s a peak-a-boo view of the water, but not the clear view in the photos. That was ok. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were just steps from being right on the beach! Also, pick up some bug spray when you arrive if you want to use the balcony. We completely forgot the first day and got so many bites. Rookie mistake! Overall we loved our stay and were happy with the unit!

Fantastic place and location!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Orient Bay! The location was absolutely ideal—just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants, yet it also offered a peaceful and secluded feel that made it the perfect retreat. The outdoor eating space was a standout feature for us—we loved starting our mornings there and unwinding in the evenings. The Airbnb itself was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation of our stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive and attentive to any questions or needs, making the experience seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a combination of convenience, tranquility, and great hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again!

Terrace with such beautiful and quiet views that we preferred to cook and eat on our balcony rather than go to the restaurant. Dishes and kitchenware of quality. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. TV with French stations. Power socket adapters. Two small grocery stores within walking distance and a well-stocked super U (small formats suitable for short stays ) and what about the 3 km beach that is cleaned every day. In short, we had a lovely week!

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island

An unforgettable stay 🥹 The apartment was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed and more. Super fresh, clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept so well every night and waking up to that breathtaking view each morning was pure magic. Anne Sophie was a fantastic host. Kind, proactive and always available. Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

This villa we stayed in was very clean and as described. Very peaceful for the most part - we heard the neighbors a few times but not too bad. What we especially liked was the proximity to the beach/water - right outside our door basically. Also within walking distance of a grocery store, great restaurants, and a very good bakery for breakfasts especially! I would recommend this place!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Clea's place. The house is beautiful. She had cold beverages waiting in the refrigerator for our arrival and the scenery was beautiful from the veranda. our only concerned is that the pool is not clearly marked for depth. I'm about 5 ft and the pool all the way around is a little deeper than that which is over my head. There is no shallow end. Orient Beach is very nice. one drawback is the constant haggling for a beach massage by the locals. I had to exercise a gentle rudeness in order for them to leave us alone. Other than that we had a fabulous time. You must visit the African Market in Phillipsburg. You will find beautiful African artifacts at good prices. Anthony and Florence are the best.

Our trip to St. Maarten was absolutely amazing, made even better by the incredible hospitality of our host, Chelsea. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Chelsea was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and every detail of the stay was thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and would absolutely return!
