In our small 2-story house you can enjoy a kitchen-living room with a sofa in front of a beautiful fireplace, a bedroom with a large double bed, a fireplace, a bathroom and a balcony. You can also enjoy a beautiful garden on the banks of the river with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner under a palloza and a sofa under a pergola. This place is our sacred go-to spot when we want to get out of the city and immerse ourselves in nature. This place has special significance for our family because it was here that as a child, we would spend whole days watching over the cows, reading and dreaming as the sun moved across the sky towards dusk. We have recently completed renovations, adding solar & central heating and we would love to share it with people who are looking for a unique experience in an unexplored region of Portugal.

We are a couple who are committed to living in these mountains and decided to restore an old house respecting the original materials - stone and chestnut wood. The result is three individual rooms with 5 and 6 seats that, with their common areas, can be converted into a single room for a total of 17 people. We want you to feel at home in this magical setting.
