Villa holiday rentals in Antequera

Home after a week in this beautiful villa with my family. Initially we had an issue finding the villa but this was due to not following the instructions they gave so make sure to follow their instructions and you’ll find it with ease. The villa was gorgeous so peaceful and private. We had no issues whatsoever with the villa it was clean, tidy and has all the essentials you need, we enjoyed a bbq one evening! Fabulous heated pool for hours of fun with the children and generally a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine and chill. The caretaker met us there on arrival and has been absolutely fantastic all week with any queries or questions we had (please give him a big thank you from us!) Definitely recommend having your own car as you are out of the way of everything but this adds to the privacy and relaxation. We all had such a lovely week just what we all needed. What a wonderfully peaceful part of the world Paul has found. The property is set in a beautiful hamlet close to Lake Viñuela with beautiful views out over the Lake. It’s close to Los Romanes which has some local shops, bars and restaurants for convenience. It’s around 50 min drive from Malaga, with so many accessible nature parks within driving distance - we spent the entire time outside soaking it all up. The property itself is a marvel. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to return. Everything you need is provided. Paul himself was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive, offering local recommendations and tips. Thank you Paul for welcoming us to your beautiful place, we hope to return!!!

Séjour parfait ! Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette villa magnifique. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux ! La maison est très bien équipée, propre, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. L’extérieur est également superbe, parfait pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils tout au long du séjour. On s’est sentis comme chez nous ! Petite précision : le chemin pour arriver à la villa peut être un peu étroit ou pas très bien indiqué, donc pensez à bien suivre les instructions données par l’hôte et à rouler prudemment. Je recommande cette villa les yeux fermés, et j’espère y revenir très bientôt !

Alfredo und Lydia haben uns sehr gut empfangen. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft unsere Ferien verbringen.

Estancia fantástica, al igual que el año anterior. Alojamiento perfectamente descrito, pero una vez allí, todavía mejor. Tranquilidad, necesario coche y anfitrión pendiente, tanto en la llegada como en la salida. Deseando volver el año que viene, recomendable 100%.

Amazing place in the middle of the mountains. Great views, nice locations. Restaurants and Supermarket within walking distance. The house was great and clean. We felt very welcome as communication with the host was fast and easy. we will definitely come back!

Magnifique villa avec environnements et vues magnifiques sur la mer méditerranée et sur l'arrière pays, jardins fleuris très agréables. La villa est très confortable, y compris la literie, et très bien équipée, notamment si vous voyagez avec des enfants ou un bébé. José à été très accueillant, et très disponible le en cas de besoin. Départ et retour flexibles pour nous, ce qui a été un vrai plus par rapport à nos vols. Très belle région à découvrir. À conseiller !

We had an amazing holiday staying here. The villa is very clean and modern, equipped with everything you need during the stay. The outdoor pool area is wonderful! It’s in a great location, and within walking distance of the beach, plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this villa, and look forward to returning back here in the future!

This place is a peaceful oasis. A beautiful villa set in lovely gardens and equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Florence was very responsive and friendly, always there to answer any questions we might have.

This location was beautiful. Estefania was an incredible host. The villa is perfect for a group of six. Estefania had strong recommendations. The pool area is beautiful. The disco bar is cool. The beds were comfortable. Location in Benalmádena is right in the center, easy access to Malaga, Torremolinos, as well as Marbella. Ubers were easy to get to all of our destinations. Estefania was also able to get us an assortment of wines and Spanish tapas upon our request. We had a great experience and can’t wait to go back.

A truly stunning find! George & friend Javier were wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with truly amazing warmth and hospitality. The villa is immaculate and a unique experience. Fitted out with a very high level of modern luxury: salt water pool, outdoor dining, balcony , sunbathing areas, cutting edge kitchen - all tastefully designed & hand-picked furniture creating many wonderful spaces to relax and entertain. We comfortably slept 6 people with room for two more. The location is only a ten minute walk to main Torremolinos which now has many fantastic beaches, restaurants & nightlife to explore. I cannot recommend this property highly enough - our best experience on Airbnb. All the best. Steven & Fiona

Fantastic job by Samanta and Mario at Mar Management. Great check in and they helped us get our baggage left off early. Showed us around the whole complex which includes an excellent pool area. The villa has three separate outdoor sitting areas and two indoor lounges. Really well equipped and furnished indoors and out, including a high quality Weber gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. The area is quiet and not really close to any shops - the nearest is up the hill to the Benalmadina Pueblo (old town) which is really beautiful with great little restaurants. So be prepared to do some walking got get groceries and to the shops/restaurants. In reality, you need either a hire car or get local taxis or Uber which are quite cheap (less than €10).

Fran is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful - home from home. Was described as not suitable for anyone with a disability but just to point out it was located up a very steep hill and to get to the house there are multiple steps ! The house is close to a school so can be a bit noisy during school time when they are playing out and the school bell! Very Spanish area which we loved, Multiple restaurants, a supermarket, great coffee shop/ bakery - if u walk down the mountain to the sea front and turn left you will come across some gorgeous cove type beaches and fabulous restaurants - great seafood places and very reasonable prices. We only discovered this half way through the week and so glad we did ! We went into Malaga centre a few times. Walked it along the coast and got taxi’s for around 8 euros. We were 6 women, clean rooms missing mirrors, comfy beds, lovely pool, ceiling fans - may be hot in summer. We had a great time - will return to the area x

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property was of excellent quality—clean, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring with our young family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could want, making meals easy and enjoyable. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended—we’d definitely return!

What a beautiful home Doris has, we felt right at home from the start till the end. The house, the outside and the pool wete perfect for our family of 6. Doris’s home was homely and we loved their artistic touch, tgeir love story told by pictures and the whole character of the place which was built with their own hands. Joseph the local contact has been incredible, the best local help a host could have. Every interaction was responsive. We notice an isue with the pool filtration system which has burst a few days into our stay. Joseph fixed it the same day we reported it, although it was a national holiday in Spain. The recommendations we had were great and we had an overall great time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful homely space with us.

Vi havde et skønt ophold - både børn og voksne. Søde værter der gav os god inspiration til oplevelser, da de tog imod os og var hurtig til at svare på eventuelle spørgsmål vi havde undervejs i vores ophold. Området med pool, udsigt og i særdeleshed udekøkken var over al forventning. Det var en virkelig skøn udsigt! Vi nød roen og naturen. Man skal være opmærksom på, at det kræver en god lejebil og at der er lidt afstand til seværdigheder og indkøb.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Tout était réuni pour passer de belles vacances reposantes après notre périple Andalou. Nous avons passé la plupart de nos journées dans la piscine avec cette vue à couper le souffle ! Mette est une hôte extrêmement réactive et attentive aux bien être de ses convives ! Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Had everything you could ask for. Great location - short walk to beach, shops etc. very child friendly, we took a 2 and 7 year old. Host great with communication and anything we needed. Overall a 5 star stay, would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer and Raul's. Couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind by the pool with stunning views. The hosts were lovely and very responsive to our messages and questions

Aitana was very helpful. She helped us with the booking. I arrived late. She received me with a smile, wine, water, coffee and more. She is young but has compassion of a senior and she gave me a warm welcome. The house has more than I expected. Everything in the house is well thought of. Very tasteful decorated. It feels homey and warm. Nice lighting and furniture. A fireplace. Clean spaces. Soap, shampoo and shower gel. Luxury towels. I enjoy the view from the balcony over the sea. The sunsets are amazing. At night you see a banner of twinkling lights in the distance. The area is quiet. It is in a gated community. We can park the car at street level (upper floor) but we can als park a floor below. Which is unique! Both floors can be run independently from each other. It’s about 10 min by car to the beach. And 5 min buy car to shopping mall. We definitely recommend! Grateful for being here. A beautiful villa - perfect for relaxing as a family. Area is quiet, but plenty (restaurant, beach, shops) within easy drive. Fabulous place.

We had a wonderful time at Dorien and Wims beautiful villa. Both are really responsive and helpful, when there are questions. Even though we had a few incidents it was easy to communicate and on an really appreciative and friendly basis. We loved the house and the beautiful nature around. It’s definitely mandatory to come by car because of the uneven and mountainous terrain but the instructions we got from Wim and Dorien have been really helpful and easy to follow. We stayed with a group of 8 and we had more than enough space for everyone and would definitely recommend to spend a calm and relaxing vacation at this amazing spot to recharge from daily life. We wish Wim and Dorien all the best!
