If you're looking for a location in Cannes that is walkable to all of the major attractions, look no further. This was a beautifully maintained apartment with plenty of room, great amenities, and in the perfect location.

Wow ! We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for hopping on the metro or some days we even walked. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood very close to the supermarket so you can easily grab some things for the refrigerator. When we arrived Brian was there to let us in and we even got to check in early! He was also very responsive to any questions and very helpful. The pictures of this place do not do it justice! Honestly it looks even better in person . The balcony is huge and so perfect for lounging and family meals . Also the bedrooms were great sizes for 3 people . One room has a queen and the other has a king. The air conditioning was also lovely at night . Also , definitely try the hammam steam shower…soo nice at the end of the day walking so much! There is great wi-fi and a washing machine if you need it as well. Overall , I would definitely stay here again in Nice!

Very nice cottage in a beautiful environment and special touches from the owners. 😜 Lots of small outdoor spaces to sit and read, have a drink. Or simply contemplate nature. The view is splendid! A river below is also to be discovered. The owners' pets: cat and dog are also affectionate. We really enjoyed this place, too bad the weather wasn't great for us. Bad timing!

My wife and I recently stayed at this beautiful 2-room apartment in Cannes Californie and couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment is tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The highlight was the spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The location is ideal, situated in a peaceful neighborhood yet close enough to explore the vibrant city of Cannes. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a seamless stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a apartment with a great location, a quite close 8 min walk to the beach and the shopping street Rue d Antibes and at the same time a delightful retreat in Cannes.

cool Airbnb for a quick break. We were traveling with the campervan and it rained heavily, so we were spontaneously looking for a place to stay. Everything was very quick and the instructions were clear.

Excellence - in one word. 5 stars & perfection to the fullest extent. Patrick is such a pleasure to meet and talk with. His English is very good, and dresses to impress. His penthouse was fabulous, and I could not be more impressed with our stay. It’s true luxury, and the location - view of all Monaco and the south of France - full corner balcony of water views throughout. No obstructions and this residence gets to view fireworks and other demonstrations like Tour de France right from the outside terrace. Lastly, the furniture and bedroom is amazing. Air conditioning in the bedroom and freezing air conditioning just the way we like it in the living room. Kitchen is full use with another terrace! Two bathrooms and window shades throughout. THE PENTHOUSE IS HUGE. We will be keeping contact with Patrick, it is very clear that this is the premier company in all of south France. Thank you so much! 5 stars PERFECT

Great place, recommended immediately. Everything clean, very quiet, fantastically beautiful view, super nice landlord. Overall, amenities were above the standard and superbly furnished. We used sauna and washing machine, also great. Above all, it stands out that the landlords were totally nice, friendly and helpful. Will be happy to come back

An unforgettable stay 5-10 minutes from the center of Cannes! The apartment was spotless and perfectly located. The balcony view was absolutely stunning—sipping morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean was a highlight. Margot David & the host team were available for any questions. It was the fourth time in the apartment, we were very satisfied! It is a nice apartment, everything is present, it is clean, very quiet and on the beach. We will be back next year :-)

Good hotel near the airport

Stay from 2 weeks to 3 (me + 2 teenagers), without a vehicle, my priorities were accessibility and safety. A large supermarket a stone's throw away, Rue d 'Antibes is a 6-8 minute walk away, it was perfect. Very cute apartment and true to the description, very nice air conditioning, very nice and secure pool and residence. We had a great time in this apartment and this very pretty city.

Very nice apartment with fantastic views. Amenities match the descriptions. Very large terrace with all amenities, such as large dining table and lounge furniture. The system is very nicely maintained. The pool is sufficiently large. The proximity to the city and the beach is a great advantage. Very nice apartment for small families like us. great place - amazing setting and a building full of character. We had a great stay for a week - the pool/bbq and terrace were well used. trampoline for the kids an added bonus. the rooms are great and the beds comfy. Our whole family loved it 💙

Our stay at this house was just magical. The mix between the charm of a Provencal home and the luxury touches that make it unique is perfect. The location is great: quiet, with hiking trails nearby, and a short walk to town to enjoy the amenities. The kids loved the hot tub and were well occupied between foosball, billiards and our pétanque games. It's really a place with this little ‘extra trick’. This villa gave us exactly the holiday we wanted. The house is peacefully located in tranquil surroundings. Yet, it's super central location. A very good grocery store is only 2 minutes away. And fun for us was that Decathlon was only 6 min away. The villa is centrally located between Cannes and Antibes which are great place to visit. And it is quick to get to Nice. The villa is cozy decorated, and was a great fit for us who are a family of 5, with children from 11-20 years. Well equipped kitchen, good space and very nice property. Elisabeth responded very quickly and both check in and check out was easy. We recommend the place with pleasure.

This house is a beauty - as a family of five, we felt very much at home and enjoyed the large (and, in parts, deep) swimming pool, the excellent equipment (from towels to strong internet to a variety of toys, including a ping-pong table) and the fully-furnished kitchen. It is a quiet but not lonely neighborhood, with the next city just a short albeit steep walk away. By car, all of the Côte d’Azur is easy to explore. Our point of contact, Albane, was very welcoming and always available and helpful - even at odd hours, when we accidentally triggered the alarm … It is a bit pricey, but in out view worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Beautiful house in a secluded location and away from traffic, the night was very quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bbq area. Matthieu was very kind to welcome us and assist us during the stay. The only downside was that the pool could not be heated on the days of our stay (April) and therefore we could not use it.
