Lovely very well equipped house with a great terrace and beautiful views

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Philippe's cottage. We sadly ran into some travel issues that reduced our stay to just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating with our travel issues and allowed us to store our bags there past checkout - it was so helpful and very kind! Their daughter greeted us with some croissants and lavender when we arrived, which was a very thoughtful gesture after the stress of our flight. The area is so quiet and private, and the pool is lovely with great views. The location of the AirBnB is also great - Vence is a wonderful area that really transports you back in time. We also enjoyed saying hello to Macintosh and Prunelle! :) Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts - I would recommend to anyone!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Highly recommend this property. Situated in the heart of the Old town, everything you need is within walking distance, or just outside the property. Very responsive and helpful hosts. David and Nathalie were true Superhosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Their hospitality really made our visit to Cannes even more special. The apartment was in an amazing location, just steps from everything, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place. Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Our stay at Clive and Lily’s studio in Cannes was amazing, the highlight was the view from the balcony. The location was ideal and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, highly recommend and already booked our next stay!

This place is such a gem. It’s spacious and well-appointed with everything you could need for your stay. It would be very comfortable for a long term stay, too. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning perfect, and it’s a peaceful and private location. The apartment itself has so much personality and charm. Edith was incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Can’t recommend enough!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Armand’s place in Antibes. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The location is incredibly convenient – 10 minutes drive from the old town, the beaches, and all the best local spots, yet tucked away in a quiet and safe area that gave us total peace of mind. The apartment itself is bright and well-equipped, with not one, but three air conditioners – a real blessing during the warm days! We especially loved the two spacious balconies, perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine. Parking was easy and secure, which made exploring the Côte d’Azur by car a breeze. Armand was a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and full of local tips that helped us discover hidden gems we would’ve otherwise missed. And the cherry on top? A chilled bottle of rosé waiting for us in the fridge – such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Thank you, Armand! We can’t wait to come back !

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

This is the second time we've been to Claude's and we haven't been disappointed. The space was spotless and the view from the studio deck is spectacular. Our stay went very well. We enjoyed Dominique's warm welcome and availability. Many thanks to him. We'll be happy to come back for the next vacation.

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host.
