A 50 m dal mare, parcheggio privato gratuito e terrazza con tutta la privacy di un appartamento a ingresso indipendente, in una delle zone più ricercate di Livorno, sul bellissimo lungomare di Viale Italia, a 2 passi da Terrazza Mascagni, Acquario e un nuovissimo centro commerciale. Tutti i servizi e spiagge attrezzate nelle immediate vicinanze. Fermata bus a pochi passi. Vicinissimo anche al porto. Le maggiori città turistiche toscane facilmente raggiungibili sia in auto che con mezzi pubblici.

Appartamento accogliente e rilassante, zona molto silenziosa. Attraversi la strada principale e sei sul lungomare Livornese. Siamo la terzo piano con ascensore. Comodo per parcheggiare l'auto, c è il posto auto anche interno (non di grande dimensione), a pochi minuti dal centro della città. Ampio terrazzo con tavolo e sedie. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e messo a nuovo da marzo 2024, biancheria, stoviglie, pentole ,tavolo e sedie tutto nuovo. Se necessario del lettino 60x120 è disponibile.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Casa rustica indipendente a 800 metri dal mare con ampio giardino in zona residenziale. Posti macchina inclusi. L'alloggio è composto da 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 piccola sempre con letto matrimoniale (4 posti letto totali), salotto, cucina e un bagno con doccia e lavatrice. All'esterno si trova un'ampia veranda ombreggiata un barbecue e un tavolo da ping pong. Nella zona sono presenti negozi di beni di prima necessità e qualche ristorante. la casa è situata a 10/15 min dal centro città.
