Beautiful location right on the beach! Quiet neighborhood with the sound of relaxing waves and plenty of amenities included to enjoy the beach. Perfect place for a solo trip or couples. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful view from the front porch. La Fonda was a wonderful restaurant. We also spent time at Pasta & Pueblo restaurant where we ate dinner & met the owner Freddie. This was a fantastic experience & the food was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Rio & the entire staff was so respectful & hospitable. This restaurant is a gem & a must visit.

Had a conference I was attending and this was a last minute booking. Place is pretty quiet understanding you’re on Collins Avenue. Very safe with a street gate. Kitchen was great to make breakfast. Bed is comfortable. Overall great place.

Isidro was very good. Had immediate response when anything was wrong or if anything needed to be done very comfortable and quiet place.

The attention of barbara was more than extraordinary, it was attentive to all the details and even one night that I did not stay allowed me to leave my things in the apartment and that was more excellent since when I returned I did not have to open suitcases again, she helped me with the laundry service although she does not advertise it I look for who could do it that is a plus and facilitates your stay, I definitely recommend it for all those who visit Havana, I am invited to return and stay with her again. Thank you very much for your attention. 😍

This place was great! My second time staying in PR and I love this neighborhood because of how close it is to the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Maria was very responsive and willing to provide dish soap and sponges when we realized we didn’t have any to clean our dishes. The downstairs outside area is beautiful and filled with plants and greenery. What a little gem! Would definitely stay here again if it was available when I come back in August.

Loved our stay. Perfect location for easy access to beaches, restaurants, stores, whatever you really need to get to. Our kids had a blast in the large pool. Alex was great with communication with any questions we had. We will definitely look at staying again in the future.

The host was very reactive and the house was ready on time when we arrived. It was very well equipped, clean, and felt like home. We enjoyed the commodities like the games and the pool. We also had plenty of equipment to cook and clean afterwards. Don’t hesitate to stop by on your vacation, you will not regret it!

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

It was a very good stay, it fulfilled the purpose for which it was rented. Comfortable home, equipped with everything you need. We felt at home. The home was exactly as listed. Anibal was a great host and very responsive. He provided clear instructions on the day of helping us find the home. Views were beautiful and home was comfortable and felt like home. Would definitely book again.

The house has a very nice patio. We had several inconveniences but they were resolved by the hosts quickly and diligently. Something that caught my attention and that I didn't really read is that they do not have air conditioning and also no mesh in the windows. There were many mosquitoes. And the common area (pool and playground ) are not properly maintained. It has a good Jacuzzi equipped but the pool was common was very dirty and neglected, not suitable for use at the time we were. We had a good time, the house is nice.

We had a pleasant stay at Jesus' place. The location was a short uber ride to downtown, a 10 min walk to the beach (albeit, only 2 options for you to enjoy if youre not staying at one of the beachfront resorts). We did encounter roaches in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions during our stay, but seemed typical for the area, and the home seemed cleaned overall. Jesus was very responsável, friendly and helpful. The price was fair and overall would recommend! Thanks Jesus!

Excellent place, as seen in the photos and described. Very accessible, close to beaches, supermarkets and gas station. I would stay at the place again if I return to Cancun. BONUS, inside the condominium there is a shop and it serves meals in case you do not want to leave the place, you will find everything right there. The host was always on the lookout for everything to go well.

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

This spot was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s clean. It’s in a great location in Brickell/miami. Ceiling height sliding glass doors and a large patio make it feel brighter and larger. Much better than a hotel or other Airbnb options in the area.
