Great spot to stay in, heads up the lock turns 3 times to fully get secured, good area and a nice 10-20 min walk to anything you need

Super location many great restaurants right out the door, modern, clean, low noise but within 5 minute walk to all the action that Ploblado is famous for. Felt very safe.

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

Great view. I would recommend it for 1 couple. Andres was very friendly. The hot tub was not working, so if that’s a priority, I would ask ahead of time.

My nice place, I would definitely stay there again. The attention of the building is impeccable and not to mention the attention of the host, the truth is that we had some flight changes and she did not hesitate to give us a solution, we are very grateful!

One of the best Air bnb apartments we have visited. Super clean, modern, comfortable and has everything you need and more for a great visit to Medellin. It’s a few steps from the metro, which is very convenient to get just about anywhere; yet it is located on a side street away from the noise and bustle. Walkable to great cafes and restaurants in Laureles and we felt very safe. It’s an excellent value and we are glad we chose this place.

Absolutely loved our stay here. This is right in the thick of Provenza - tons of walkable restaurants and shops and clubs. The building itself though is quiet and peaceful. The huge windowed doors open up onto an incredible green view of trees and a stream. Amazing during a rainstorm. The Internet was quite good - I was getting about 200mbps while testing it. The building felt very high security. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

I stayed here for one month. The unit looks exactly as it does on Air BNB. Very clean & nicely decorated. WiFi was pretty strong. I never had any issues with it going out & as a remote worker i appreciated that. It’s a 2 min walk from the supermarket and also a food court with amazing choices of food. Walking distance from Bars and a ton of street food. Sabaneta is extremely safe. Not as touristy or busy. About 20-25 mins from El Poblado. I’d stay here again. There wasn’t any AC to my surprise but the weather in Medellín is so perfect all the time that i didn’t even notice it. You get occasional noise from bars in the area, not loud enough to be an inconvenience. 24 hour security and also very helpful. Great stay!

Felipe is an excellent host, he was attentive to everything and communicated very kindly. The place was super clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and I felt safe in the accommodation and the area. The terrace has a spectacular view day and night. I would come back one and a thousand times. One hundred percent recommended.

Perfect neighborhood and well equipped room

Definitely that Parceros House is one of the best Airbnbs we have been in, we are nomads and working from this place was incredible, they have the best coworking, they make you feel at home, extra points to the hosts and Carolina who is in charge of the cleanliness of the place, always with the best attitude to help. This AirBnb is small, but perfect if you're going to be exploring the city and need a base or a place to sleep. The communication from the hosts was amazing and the check-in is relatively easy. The apartment has a lot of what you need, and the rest (such as cooking oil, laundry detergent, etc.) can be bought very cheaply in a store 100 meters from the apartment. The location is good, it is close to the subway and there are several restaurants and shops around. It allowed us to explore the city well. Thank you Carlos and Alejandra!
