This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Breakfast is included. Our studio opens to a wide terrace with a stunning view of the sea. Surrounded by no neighbors but a maqui forest, accompanied by the sound of the waves from the shore below. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the terrace to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.

It's in the heart of Kas on a street called "Uzun Carsi" meaning Long Bazaar which leads you up to one of the most prominent sarcophagi is Monument Tomb (also called King's Tomb) located at the top of Uzun Carsi (the old main street of Kas).
