The apartment was very well located in the middle of Alsancak, many restaurants and shopping centers, a short distance walking to the sea. Easy to walk to and to park the car. Safe area. I will for sure book it again.

We stayed as 6 adults and 2 children. The rooms and bed linens were extremely clean. The house is quite spacious and met all our basic needs. Its location, very close to Art Street and large markets, was a great advantage. We also had no problems with parking. Only the internet connection (Wi-Fi) was missing, but it did not affect the overall comfort. We would like to thank Mr. Tuğrul and Mr. Doğan for their sincere approach and the quality service they provided.

The air conditioning on both the upper and lower floors provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we were never overwhelmed. The sea can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been considered, there is nothing missing - I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They were very helpful in every matter, and they made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her fast and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at home for a night to escape the city crowd and rest alone. It was the same as the photos. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The ambiance of the attic, the pleasure of the jacuzzi was wonderful. I'm thinking of renting again for the fireplace pleasure in the winter season. I really felt like I was at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.
