Beautiful cabin of private acreage

Guyton couldn't be a nicer host. The cabin was just as described and the views were incredible. what a great reprieve from Phoenix heat to have a location with a river running and pond on site. it was super fun to try our hand at the fishing, even though the fish were smarter than us, we got to see them jump. we would love to come again.

The home was perfect for the family retreat. The bunk room with 6 bunk beds was perfect for all of the cousins to stay in. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy as needed. House was well stocked and gave us everything we needed for the weekend.

Our entire stay was wonderful from start to finish! A great cabin for a family with children. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed this cozy cabin and the amenities offered. Definitely created life long memories!

We enjoyed our stay and it was pure relaxation. The unit was very clean and the photos looked exactly like the unit we rented. It was quiet and private yet close to everything. Can't wait to return.

Great little spot. It fit us well. The other onsite cabins is shared by other AirBNB guests, but it was just like they are neighbors. We kept the front gate closed as we let our dog roam and it was perfect. Used the hot tub a few times and worked as expected and was clean. Even though it was close to the road, it was VERY quiet inside and we didnt notice the road traffic. We even left the front door open to let the cool air in. A few nights we sat out front and as traffic died down it was very pleasant. The kitchen was well furnished with a blender, toaster, and most utensils/plates. The only thing missing was a larger knife to cut watermelon and maybe ice trays to make ice as there wasnt an ice maker inside the freezer. The ONLY draw back was the master shower slowly drained so there was under an inch of water after your shower. The bathrooms were updated and nice with towels, soap, and even q tips. All in all, we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This house was so gray in our state of emergency while keeping the kids cal and happy with the hot tub. The house is so clean and greatly decorated and so comfortable. The bunk room was a hit. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard and I’m so glad this house was available. While we only live in eagar I can see my husband and myself using this as a fun staycation in the future. Thank you for a comfortable stay and a beautiful home.

The cabin is more like a house than a cabin but it’s absolutely beautiful and clean. Definitely a newer build. The neighborhood extremely quiet & in a great location. The hot tub & fire pit was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Joni’s Sequoia Mountain home was absolutely perfect! It was the ideal escape from the Phoenix heat for our multigenerational family. The cabin was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean. A truly tranquil retreat where we could relax and reconnect. The space was impressively well stocked with everything a family might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras like board games for the kids. Every detail was considered. Joni was an exceptional host. She is communicative, and helpful. Her responses were always prompt, and the guide she provided was full of useful information. She went above and beyond by recommending local attractions and even kept us informed about traffic conditions that could affect our drive. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. Joni is truly a perfect host, and we look forward to returning!

Lovely, clean and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin. Enjoyed the porch, private pond and abundant wildlife. Felt like home away from home. Chris was very kind and responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again!

Very cute little place. It was a great get away from the city heat and noise. It was a very quiet, relaxing neighborhood! Had a family trip up north for fishing, and it was amazing. Only thing that would make the place perfect was central AC. Thankfully when we went it was very cool weather! Great stay and would recommend for anyone trying to just relax and enjoy nature. My husband and I had the best time! The tiny home is very thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day, and our dog loved the doggie door! Very close to great restaurants and hiking. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful and spacious airbnb perfect to escape the heat! Dog friendly with a fenced in yard. My group of friends and dog had an amazing time and would stay here again!

I appreciated that it looked exactly like the pics. It was all newly remodeled and super clean. We loved the master shower and how much space there was throughout to keep our things. It’s an amazing place and accommodated our group of 10 easily. We will definitely stay there again! We loved the dog run in the back so our little dog could let himself out without us having to worry. Thanks again! .

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin. We are traveling between Colorado and Southern Arizona and have stayed at many Airbnb locations. This is definitely one I want to stay at again. Very spacious, clean and I love the coffee and kitchen space. Perfect for our needs.

Check-in was easy and instructions very clear. The house was cozy with a well equipped kitchen, a large TV for entertainment with spacious and comfortable couches and recliner to relax after a day of skiing. It was a nice and peaceful neighborhood. Also, it was a bonus to be able to park the car in the garage. Oskar was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay!

This is our fourth stay at Ryan’s beautiful home. Love the neighborhood. It’s very quiet. The home is spotless. And provisioned with nice linens and towels. The shower in the master bedroom is beautiful. I love the big countertop and medicine cabinet. We use the master bedroom. The king size bed is very comfortable. There are lots of drawers and places to keep your things. There is a big TV in the bedroom. Although we never use it. The leather couches in the living room are so comfortable. There is a gigantic smart TV which makes it easy for us to sign into all our subscription services. The kitchen is lovely. Again spotless. We like to cook so it’s nice to have good pots and pans, nice dishes. The dining table seats eight people. We like to fish and there is room in the driveway for our boat and truck. There is a neat pond around the corner, which is nice for a short walk. It is at the end of the golf course so it is really pretty. We have found our home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The cabin is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The property is serene and peaceful, we loved our time here very much, so relaxing. We look forward to visiting Greer again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy Bear. Boys loved the pond even though it was mostly frozen. House was comfortable upstairs and downstairs, heat was easy to work and kept the place toasty. Location felt private and the scenery was beautiful. Thanks!

We were looking for a cabin vacation with close proximity to the lake for easy fishing and paddle boarding. This location was the best of both and did not disappoint. Next time, we’ll stay longer.

Eric’s place was extremely wonderful and cozy to stay in. Eric was an extremely helpful host, and amazing quick responser. They helped us so much with an early check-in and when we accidentally spilled soda on the mattress they were very helpful and understanding. We are very thankful with all the help, and appreciate the kindness. The place was also had very beautiful and quiet surroundings.

This was perfect for our needs while in Pinetop! It was the perfect home away from home and everything we needed was supplied! We will definitely be back!

We had to make last minute changes to our planned trip to Greer due to a forest fire. We found this amazing place and think it was a better find than our first choice in Greer. The views from the home and deck are amazing! It is peaceful and quiet. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!
