This beachfront home is located in the SGI Plantation. One level pet friendly home with 4 bedrooms that have en-suite bathrooms, sleeps 10. The living area has plenty of seating, dinning area has a large 8 seater table and a breakfast bar big with seating for 4. 1 king, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 single bunk beds. Large screened porch and exiting takes you down the stairs to the private boardwalk to the beach. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning station. No golf carts allowed.

This recently renovated 2B/1B house is centrally located between St. George Island and Apalachicola. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has twin bunks and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A smart TV is in the living room & wireless internet is available. There is a dehumidifier in the living area that will need to be emptied daily. A large gravel parking areas gives plenty of space for boat parking. This house shares a driveway with Dolphin View House #1 & #2.

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.
