Márcio's house is very functional, very well located, comfortable, clean, organized, had everything we need. We went to visit the Basilica, and it really is from the side, you don't have to take the car out of the garage. Our family really loved it, we just have to thank you. We highly recommend the house, and the host, as it was very kind and proactive at all times.

The apartment is extremely clean, organized, makes us feel at home. The details are cute, bed linen, blankets, and towels all clean. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking or having breakfast at home. Anyway, you can rent without fear because the accommodation is excellent.

Excellent stay! Marina and her husband were very helpful to us and the owner Alzira is a sweetheart! Everything was in accordance with the house, we went as 10 people and it was very peaceful. One point to highlight, which is not negative, just to be clear, is that the house is in the upper part of the city, so there is a lot of going up and down if you want to do everything on foot. It is totally possible and everything is really close, but you need to keep in mind that some hills will be faced… lol I highly recommend the accommodation and will return in the future!

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
