Apartment holiday rentals in Apecchio

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable hostess. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one is hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very well taken care of and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the table football, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation for this is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

We had a great stay in Sansepolcro, initially I was a little worried about parking as the listing says it comes with parking and then when Andrea shared where to park I worried this could be an issue. Although it's not parking at the property, it's outside the city walls it is also not so far to walk that it was a big issue and also was free. The rooms were as pictured including the fab views from the windows and roof terrace. As a location we found Sansepolcro to be a great start to our Italian tour with lots of fantastic places to eat & drink, sites to visit and friendly people. If you want to stay in the area and can manage the stairs it's a great place.

Bettina’s appartement was excellent. The room is very cosy and nice and well equipped. Beds were lovely. Bettina and Max were super kind and helpful. The house is located inna wonderful spot in the hills and nature. Would definitely return to this gorgeous place.

a breathtaking penthouse! everything has been carefully chosen. An elegant, clean and welcoming environment, it feels like home! The exteriors are the real strength! We relaxed in the hot tub and admired a lovely sunset. Robbie was really kind and present. You can see how much care and passion has been put into creating such an environment. Małgorzata is such a good and thoughtful host! She welcomed us personally at check-in, which she prepared us for with detailed instructions and proactive questions. She is super friendly and responsive, and offers great local recommendations. The place itself is beautiful - quiet, private, with a gorgeous view of nature from the balcony. It’s well stocked with all the essentials and more! The town is charming and beautiful to walk around. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier stay!

This is a great location in the heart of montepulciano. You walk out of the unit and onto the main street full of restaurants and shops. The house is spacious with three bedrooms all with comfortable beds. There were extra pillows and linens, which are always helpful. We had all the windows open due to warmer weather with a nice breeze at night. Despite being right on the street, we did not hear any evening noise throughout the night sleeping was peaceful. The views from the apartment are exquisite.

Located in nature with views of mountains and forests, we had a very restful cozy stay at Ca’Paravento. Alan is an excellent responsive host who really cares about his guests. From this location we conveniently explored the region in all directions.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

SPLENDID stay...... there is no other adjective to express this weekend....... we had a great time, everything was perfect, clean, tidy, the house was very fresh, the pool was beautiful, nothing was really missing, indeed Elwin (very kind and available for everything) made us find some attentions that I particularly appreciated, we found wine, fruit juice, eggs, snacks, all delicacies that are not obvious and are enormously pleasing. I personally have had various experiences of this kind, but this time everything was truly PERFECT. I really hope to be able to return. Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

Spacious place in an amazing quiet old medieval town. Spectacular view off the little balcony. Highly recommend!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had the most lovely stay at Fernanda’s and definitely want to come back someday! It was the best of our 3 week trip. From the moment of booking she was super responsive and helpful. The place was large and felt like home—great for us and adult son. Of course the views were the best and wish we could have just sat in front of the window for 3 days. Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️

The structure that hosted us is very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Maria Stella is very kind and always ready to answer any questions, present for every need. Perhaps the road connecting the villa to the state road (not even a km) is a bit rough but, on the other hand, it can offer, as it did to us, the sight of a fawn or a boar with its young (no danger, just pleasant to see). Wonderful view from the terrace. Would I go back? Yes, gladly!
