I stayed at this BeB for three days and it was a very pleasant experience. Carla was very helpful, kind and welcoming to me. The B and B I found it very well cared for and clean. Good location, close to many points of interest. If I had to go back to Liguria, I would definitely choose its BeB. Thank you

Why stay in the bustle of Rome when you can unwind just a short train ride away in beautiful Frascati at the stunning Merumalia Vineyard & Agricultural Society? Enjoy the peace, views, and hospitality of this organic boutique winery. Giulia, along with sister Flavia and mother MariaTeresa, welcomed us warmly to a spacious, comfortable apartment and were incredibly responsive with local tips. We chose Merumalia to end an extended tour thanks to its easy access to Fiumicino Airport. Though we missed the hosted dinner, we loved the fragrant grounds, breathtaking sunsets, and panoramic views of Rome and the surrounding hills. Frascati itself is a gem—full of charm and flavor. Make Merumalia your relaxing base for exploring Rome, and return each day to the serenity of the vineyard.

This is a super cute spot! host lives on the property, but you have your own unit. Nice back terrace to sit on and a pool as well. There's about 4 units total. Listing was a bit unclear but this does in fact have a private bath. Its about 15 minutes from the larger town of Court. Venaco (where this airbnb is) has a good restaurant and a bakery though.

The place is very quiet and has a great view. However, you must count 15/20 minutes of gravel road to reach San Quirico (the nearest village). Paolo provided us with a lot of information about the region as well as the cities he advised us to visit depending on the time we stayed. The accommodation allows you to stay longer thanks to the kitchen and outdoor BBQ (in addition to the activities available: swimming pool, ping pong, petanque etc). Small note: plan to have cash to pay the tourist tax (about €2/day/person).

Villa Baciolo was truly enchanting. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with fantastic bathrooms and a peaceful, serene atmosphere throughout the property. Sandra, her sister, and their entire family were incredibly kind and always available when needed. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a delight—fresh juice, local fruits, pastries, yogurt, and cereal. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks from the bar and dinner onsite while taking in the unforgettable view of San Gimignano’s medieval skyline. This place holds a special place in our hearts. My husband and I will never forget the warmth of the people—or their fluffy dog Ada! Highly recommend booking this gem.

Our stay at the mill of Lucca was everything we had hoped for and more. As indicated, the house is remote, by a lovely river and very charming. Lucca has appointed it with old furniture that give it a special vibe that is very cosy and shows some of his interests or parts of his past lives. Lucca is a fantastic host, available, interesting, helpful, thoughtful,and giving space. The house is also well appointed as it is a primary home before being an Airbnb. We had a dog with us that loved running around and discovering the forest. There are no fences so it may not be appropriate for all dogs but ours was in heaven. As were the kids! There are lovely walks directly from the house. Thank you Lucca for this stay. We loved it!

Beautiful house with a unique view and a comfortable and clean pool for children's fun! Sea 10 minutes away. Short but very positive stay!

Climbing towards the village of Camerota we stayed in Teresa's dream: a bnb that offers rooms with a small terrace and views of the village perched on the mountain in front. The property is very clean, cozy and with attention to detail: air conditioning and bathrooms with a very spacious shower. A few kilometers from the sea but with the advantage of enjoying the tranquility and the fresh evening mountain air. Very attentive and kind staff, they gave us great tips on the surrounding places. What can I say? Five stars and more, literally. I haven't seen such a clear starry sky in a long time. The warmth of Francesco's melissa and licorice herbal tea, the house already lit by fire upon our arrival, the view of the stillness of the mountains... the attention to detail. Perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need, spacious and clean rooms. We would never have left!

Roberta was an exceptional host. The accommodation is not centrally located, but is valued for the quality offered, the price requested, and the average of the area. The garden area features a swimming pool and a large relaxation area. For me, it's 5 stars every time I think I'd go back. This is one of those cases! See you soon, Roberta.

Everything was just unbelievable from the moment we arrived. The way driving to the top of the mountain was amazing. The jaw dropping panoramic view on the top was absolutely speechless. It was only 3 nights, but Enrico and Danielle made it the greatest! They made wonderful breakfast and dinner for us everyday. Visiting Enrico’s observatory was the most special experience we had that we’ll remember it forever. Luckily we were also able to join a local hiking group to experience the beauty of the mountains even more. And we learned a lot about the surrounding, landscape and Italy from Enrico and Danielle. We just fell in love with Italy even more! Thank you so so so much!!!

A large house with in the back, quiet, a cottage for 2 adults or 3 people. All the comfort and tranquility for this accommodation, while enjoying the common areas ( Pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, fixed bikes...) Warm atmosphere with a welcome and touches of Roch that make the stay very pleasant. Recommended.

The place is very quiet, in a country street a few hundred meters from the town center. Useful for those who need to rest. Also recommended for pilgrims on the Via Francigena.

We had a wonderful stay with Carlo at his beautiful hotel- it looks like it’s a bit off the main square but my mom and I walked everywhere and didn’t have a problem, we loved how peaceful and quaint the area was! The hotel has a great pool, and Carlo was super helpful arranging transportation and giving local recommendations. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place, in the green, quiet, spacious and with enchanting views. Great for unplugging. All spaces are functional and designed to be lived at their best. The lights in the pool (beautiful) to stay there even in the evening, the outdoor showers, the dining area with the fire pit. The super equipped kitchen, with all the tools you may need. There were ten of us with three dogs, each with their needs often difficult to satisfy, but this place and Mr. Alfonso, on the other hand, succeeded. Thank you also for the kindness and attention of Mr. Alfonso. It was valuable. We will be back for sure and will definitely recommend it.

Last minute check in. Honestly the nicest , most homey and serene place we have stayed in Italy . We got to experience relaxation, delicious food from the garden, relaxation room, abundance of nature and wonderful hosts. If you want to rejuvenate this is the place. Such a pleasure . I had a wonderful stay at Antonella’s airbnb in Olbia. The house was spotless, and the garden and patio were beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful space to relax. The view at sunrise was absolutely breathtaking. Keep in mind, you'll need a car to access the property, but it's well worth it for the tranquility and stunning surroundings. Highly recommended!

The staying in the treehouse was amazing, a dream place around nature. The atmosphere was relaxing and peculiar especially during the night. Also Luca was very accommodating by preparing us a wonderful breakfast and a nice aperitivo.
