The villa was fantastic and Nicolas was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean, and the pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic stay and everything was seamless from start to finish. Lovely pool area, plenty of space, air con in every room, well equipped kitchen. David available if necessary but not needed. 3 min drive into the village with plenty of amenities. Already talking about coming back!

Stayed in this beautiful house with 4 friends. The view and pool were amazing and so was the host. The house itself was a bit hard to locate with the adress listed so be sure to follow directions to the coördinates that are provided.

We actually had to stay at the villa oasis because the water company had turned the water off in the area . I think the company are very efficient and great to communicate with - highly recommend

This villa was in the perfect location for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and lots of options around. We have 4 children age 6 and under and the villa felt safe for them and had everything that we needed. I didn’t feel that the villa was as clean in general as it could have been, however this was a small issue in an otherwise wonderful holiday. I would happily stay here again.

Mila was very friendly upon arrival, even though we arrived late due to flight delays. She warmly welcomed us, gave a full tour, and made sure we had everything we needed, going above and beyond from the start. That night, we relaxed by the atmospheric, well-lit pool, which was always warmed by the sun! Throughout our stay, Mila consistently fulfilled our requests, brought us fresh fruit from her tree, bedding, car rental info- without hesitation. We spent a lot of time in the shared garden and always felt comfortable. The pool was perfect in the Cyprus heat, and Mila kindly allowed us to smoke by it. The kitchen was well-equipped, and essentials like soap, toiletries, and coffee were provided. The AC was new and effective, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was stunning. Mila is a gracious, helpful host with beautiful artwork around her property. We highly recommend staying here—close to the sea, peaceful, and welcoming. We will definitely visit Paphos and stay at Mila’s place again.

This was my 4th stay here along with friends 1st stay. As always a great stay and no problems what so ever. Peaceful relaxing break, with everything we needed, and thank you for allowing one of the guests to check out later due to a late flight back. Looking forward to coming back again. Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

The house was a lot bigger than expected, and had a great location! Everything that we needed was there, and the hosts were very friendly! We would definitely come back again, the access to the sea, and walking into the centre was perfect!

Really great place and location

Mathias is a wonderful host and the villa is fantastic. It's been done beautifully and we found it really peaceful and secluded. We ended up sending more time than we anticipated at the Villa by the pool as we loved it so much. Mathias was a great host, always around to answer questions and give recommendations. We would recommend him and his villa to anyone considering going to Cyprus.

We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at such a beautiful villa. We are familiar with the area so for us was very easy to find and to get around. Beverley is an amazing host and responds to any questions extremely quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this for a lovely peaceful holiday. We ❤️ Cyprus.

We had a fantastic week staying at Stephen’s villa. It was a first family holiday with our 3 month old daughter and her grandparents. The apartment was perfect for all our needs. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and had lots of facilities. Stephen even provided a travel cot for the baby. The location of the villa was ideal, a few short steps from the pool and the village square only a 5 minute stroll. It was also very relaxing and quiet with fantastic from the balcony. The communication between myself and Stephen was excellent throughout. The Aphrodite Hills resort is brilliant with lots to do and a variety of restaurants and amenities. We also explored nearby villages and lovely beaches which were easy to get to with a car and the city of Paphos is just a short drive. We’re already planning our next visit, would highly recommend for a great family holiday.

Amazing and courteous host. I had a great time staying at Tatiana’s- it is so well furnished, in a great location and most of all a cosy space to relax after a long day. Beautiful complex with pool, and Tatiana’s communication was brilliant through out. Would recommend!

We loved our stay, apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. Pool was fantastic with dedicated sun beds and peaceful atmosphere. Location was great with lots to do, 5 minute walk to the beach and reasonably priced attractions. Natalia was very responsive and helpful with our queries, although we didnt have many as the place was so good. Would recommend to anybody thinking of staying in Paphos and I would 100% stay here again.

Great place, clean, convenient, nice pool, great layout for 2 couples / young families sharing.

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!

Andrey's place was perfect for me - not cluttered but had everything I needed. The location was great, convenient for pretty much everything - the airport bus stops right outside! They gave very detailed information so everything was very straightforward, no problems at all. I had a very enjoyable stay
