Villa holiday rentals in Apollo Beach

This place was wonderful. Best part..the pool and the location to the beach. You could easily walk back to the house from the beach if you forgot something. Easy to run out to see the beautiful sunsets. The pool was awesome. We used it a lot. So nice to have all of the provided amenities including beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, shampoo, soap, etc. paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods. Could have used a few things like salt and pepper in the kitchen but they were very generous with the amenities. The area is quiet with just a little traffic going by. The place was VERY clean. Only thing to know which didn't bother us is the laundry room is off one of the bedrooms so if doing laundry at night it's pretty loud, and you have to go through that bedroom to get to the pool. Again didn't really bother us but might depending on your situation. could also go ti pool from front. Close to Rod & Reel Pier for great lunch. about 15 min walk to shuttle and Pine Ave.

I chose this house because it was different from all the other options I saw plus the pool,and available activities. The villa is beautiful, it is unique for the area and we immediately felt comfortable. Beach isnt far but the most fun we had was in the backyard. Yes, there are other ppl there, but we enjoyed chatting occasionally and never had any concerns. thank you again for sharing your home, we really enjoyed!

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

Great spot for a copules getaway

We had an amazing stay at Mimi’s! I’ve never communicated so much with a host but she was just so helpful and willing to answer any and all questions! It felt like I was staying at a friends’. We loved our accommodations and I’m picky! Everything was well thought out, super clean and very cozy! The view to the harbor was awesome and our fishing excursion picked us up right at our dock! We loved our stay and would highly recommend! Mimi will make sure everything is perfect!

If you feel a little apprehensive about visiting AMI following those awful storms, don't worry. Everything is fine. The property is in excellent condition. On our arrival we found it to be very clean and the the fixtures and fittings were in good condition and well equipped. The pool is clean and is regularly serviced (twice during our 10 day stay). The furniture around the pool is comfortable and, again, in good condition. There are beach chairs, small umbrella and other beach toys available at the property and a handy trolley to take them to the beach which is a short walk away. The free AMI trolley bus has a stop just a couple of streets away (78th). Holmes Beach area has a very nice 'vibe' and is quite and relaxing.We would go back to the location and this property in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.

Our stay at this Largo property was absolutely fantastic! The location is truly ideal – just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Largo, Florida. It is a really nice residential neighborhood right on the intercoastal with everything you could need a few minutes away. We loved being able to easily get to the beach a few minutes drive away. The waterfront setting is incredibly relaxing. Waking up to the views was a real treat, and the pool was a wonderful addition. The house is huge with everything we needed. The property was clean, well-maintained, and easily accommodated our group of 10 adults. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabella’s home! It was the perfect place for a family getaway. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The pool area was awesome — a great spot to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Isabella was a fantastic host, very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The residence was clean and met our needs for the 9 family members that stayed (3 nights). The kitchen has plenty of counter space. The home was roomy enough for all, but some of the seating (blue chairs in photos) was not in the home. If you are traveling with elders, just note that 2 of the 3 bathrooms have smaller than standard doors. My mom’s walker would not fit through them. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again if coming to town.

Great location! So many restaurants and shops that are walkable. Beach access so easy. Place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Our family of 11 had a great stay. Plenty of space for a large group and nice backyard. location was perfect - close to everything we wanted - the beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg.

absolutely the best place you would want to stay with a group of friends. these units are amazing. love the idea of having 3 downstairs little units/apartments, and the big penthouse unit upstairs to be able to hang out, cook and play games. would definitely stay again in the future!

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, son in laws and 17-month-old granddaughter had a wonderful stay at Calico. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was in a great location. We enjoyed the pool, the fun games and were so grateful for the supply and use of all the beach equipment. Celine was a great host, very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you Celine for all the helpful tips, the amazing guidebook and sharing your beautiful home with us. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and we can’t wait to come back!

The pics do not do this place justice! The minute I walked in I was delighted! Inside: The kitchen is well appointed, everything you would need and so pretty. The living room was cozy and with a giant tv with great sound for watching a movie on a rainy evening. The bedrooms were large and beds were sooo comfy! Plenty of pillows and blankets provided. Tons of storage! The bathroom were stunning! The tile is lovely and the sky lights were a great touch Water pressure and temp were PERFECTION! The place is incredibly well stocked to meet all your needs. Outside: The front is lovely with a spacious driveway and you can tell the host takes a lot of pride in the upkeep. The back is STUNNING!!! The views are incredible. There is plenty of seating options and the pool is gorgeous! My husband and son caught so many fish off the dock! We saw dolphins daily. The host was very responsive to any questions. Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in to date! Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was just as pictured and just perfect for our family. The pool was a bonus after a full day of sightseeing. The upgraded appliances were also a joy to use. I would highly recommend, and would love to visit again. Thank you again for making us feel welcome 😃

The house is roomy and had plenty of space for everyone, including multiple eating spaces and nice outdoor areas, especially the breezy top floor porch with nice water and sunset views. It's truly a 5-minute max walk or 2-minute drive to a busy beach with amenities (cafe/outdoor showers/restrooms), or a 10- to 15-minute drive to the less-busy/fewer amenities beaches at the island's northern and southern ends. Also that same 2-minute drive to the grocery, two drug stores, and several restaurants. While close to a main road, at the house and even outside it was strikingly quiet and serene. The pool was nice and the game room was great to have. My one suggestion would be the addition of a designated sand-wash-off spot/hose at the front of the house near the driveway.

Great location and space

Immediately upon arrival, I thought that the pictures did not do this place justice. It was clean, spotless, and very well stocked this house had everything we could possibly need and even things we didn’t even think we needed it, but had available. We enjoyed the location being fairly close to the beach yet private and away from The madness of the tourists. We really enjoyed sitting in the pool or on the back patio and watch all the wildlife, especially the birds coming and going. It was peaceful, relaxing, and everything we needed to get away from the Midwest for spring break. Thank you so much to the host For staying in communication and being so great.

Loved the stay! It was perfect for my work weekend trip and a long relaxing weekend! Will definitely return with family next time!
