Daniel's place was perfect for our quick get-away to paddle the springs. House was clean and easy to find, great rooms and welcome treats were a great touch.

They were great hosts and their cats are so sweet.

I stayed at Ryan’s place only for one night but I definitely recommend and would like to come back again when needed! Ryan is such a nice host!!

This cozy cottage was so perfect. The clawfoot tub was to die for. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Tara was very responsive. We had no issues the entire stay. It was beautiful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb with my sister, and I can't say enough about the experience! The accommodation was not only cozy and beautifully decorated but also felt safe and secure. What truly stood out, however, was the host's incredible flexibility with our checkout time. It made our departure stress-free, allowing us to enjoy our last morning without feeling rushed. Communication with the host was seamless—very responsive and always understanding, which really made a difference in our experience. I visited Lorena's place for an extended stay while on a business trip recently and it was extremely helpful to have a place that was a home away from home while I stayed for the three month stretch that I did. This location is in a great community that is quiet and everyone is friendly. The back porch was my "go to" after a long day and was quiet and relaxing. I travel a lot for work and vacation, this was one of my favorite stays excluding the fact that it was for business. If I had questions I had quick, friendly, and supportive assistance from the host and owners. I am defiantly saving this Listing in my favorites and I know that I will be back in the future. Thank you for the great stay and provided comfort!

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

This was our third stay with Leah, and like the other two times we really enjoyed the apartment! Close to the amusement parks, great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed including products you might’ve forgot or even snacks to enjoy. We truly do find this apartment comfortable and peaceful, we can’t wait to come again soon!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here and both stays were exceptional. The place is clean, with beautiful views of the farm with horses. Quiet, with all amenities needed, and a beautiful pool that we enjoyed... we would happily recommend this place and the next time we are in the area, we would gladly book this place again!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions that made check-in super easy. The location was beautiful, safe, and walkable — perfect for our Universal and Disney trip. The pool was a great bonus, and the room was spacious and well-designed. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed the place. Communication was great. Our plane landed early, and we were able to access the amenities early. Loved the pool area, had waterslides, mini golf. The water at the pool isn't that deep, maybe 4ft at max which is great for my smaller kids. The apartment was clean and modern just like the pictures. The location is perfect to Disney, shops and restaurants. I won't hesitate to book this apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
