Engelburg home with a view

We are Sabrina & Simon and have been the proud owners of an old farmhouse at the entrance to the village of Engelburg SG since 2018. The wonderful view of the countryside, the wild garden, the animals and the surroundings invite you to linger. The river Sitter is within walking distance and the city St.Gallen is 4km away. We offer 2 bedrooms, which can be booked for 4 people. The new bathroom with toilet/shower and the cozy breakfast room on the 2nd floor are only for Airbnb guests.

Our guests can expect a large, modern double room with king-size bed and private bathroom with shower above Heiden. In addition to views of Lake Constance, peaceful surroundings and a seating area in the garden, the accommodation also offers a large selection of board games and a delicious breakfast (surcharge of CHF 10 per person). The centre of Heiden and the Unterrechstein spa are within walking distance. The area is ideal for varied cycling tours.

A cozy room in the farmhouse with privacy. The house is surrounded by meadows and pastures, as well as a lot of biodiversity. The animals are the heart of the farm. We count many different animal species among our cohabitants. Quiet spots are nearby - for resting and watching. The ideal place to get inspired. Seasonally, we also have farm products to taste, such as bacon, milk, eggs, or sweet must and, depending on the weather, fruits and vegetables.

Straw Alley in Appenzell

If you want to try something different, special, then come to us. We offer sleeping in straw. On our farm all guests are welcome. We are 3km from Appenzell, in a quiet landscape with great views of the Alpstein, you can leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. Hier findet man Ruhe in der wunderschönen Natur in einem ursprünglichen Holzhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Pure Entspannung, Energie tanken, wandern, skifahren an sehr nahen Skiliften, biketouren usw. !KEINE Haustiere erlaubt!
