Beachfront holiday rental in Appietto

We could. It have wished for a more beautiful spot or villa to stay in for this family reunion holiday. The view from the balcony across the bay and surrounding mountains is spectacular, the neighbourhood very peaceful and access to all we needed and wanted to do couldn’t have been easier. The villa has been superbly renovated with every comfort to make our stay feel exotic yet warm and welcoming. Thank you so much Eric. We would love to come back again soon!

Great, simple and clean accommodation. It's something like a hotel. That's why there was hardly any contact in advance. On site, however, everything was super easy and friendly. The parking lot is directly in front of the building.

Excellent place that I recommend to everyone. It's in the center of the city and you can do everything on foot. The apartment was very clean and there was everything we needed. I had brought my Italian coffee maker and I could not use it on an induction plate. I needed a plate that transfers induction to regular. When I asked Diane if she had this plaque, she immediately checked in a store near the apartment and called the owner to let him know that I would pick up this plaque. Everything went well. Diane was very proactive and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Diane for the nice welcome and the nice apartment. We were very comfortable!

The welcome is perfect. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, on the heights of Ajaccio, quickly accessible. Maddo, friendly, is discreet but responsive when needed. Even though the accommodation is located in its pretty house, it is independent with a superb view of the countryside and a little of the city, very quiet. Simple and comfortable. Rest assured. Frankly, do not hesitate to rent. Small practical tip, the ideal when you want to go to the city center during the day, if you don't want to walk about 2 km, parking is very complicated, is to go to the parking lot of the Miséricorde (paid but not expensive) and take the very frequent shuttles. I will know where to go if I go back to Corsica 😉

We felt comfortable in the accommodation and can recommend Yann as a host without reservation. Communication with him was very good and he was available at short notice. The view from the terrace of the apartment is breathtaking!

Laetizia is friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips regarding bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is functionally furnished; I have hardly encountered a better furnished apartment on Airbnb. A fairly large sandy beach is right by the sea; you go out the back door and you're on the beach. A shower would be desirable. The apartment with private parking is very suitable for people with a car. Without it, it is rather difficult, because public transport is said to be unreliable (statement by Laetitia).

Beautifully furnished 2-room apartment with great sea views (located on the top 3rd floor), 2 balconies with loungers, dining table, etc., as well as a shared swimming pool with loungers (free loungers available). For us, the beautiful Moorea Beach, separated only by a road and embankment, is the highlight. Smaller but finer beach with beach bar and also from here, as well as the apartment, you can see the famous Sanguinaires Island👍! Simply wonderful. A car is certainly an advantage for this accommodation and a parking space included in the price is right in front of the accommodation. There is a bus stop directly on the Route des Sanguinaires, if you want to go to Ajaccio in the center (travel time about 20 min./runs every 1/2h).

A fantastically beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The beach is within 2 min. walking distance. A great big pool and the apartment is equipped with everything for cooking and a few extras on top. If you have any questions, you will immediately receive valuable tips. If we are in Corsica again, we will definitely be happy to come back.

as Stéphanie allowed check-in well in advance as well as checkout at the time we wanted, we did not have the pleasure of meeting her. but everything was well indicated with film for check-in. welcome booklet filled with tips for outings and restaurants. And clear, impeccable and tranquil accommodation with superb views... Recommended.

Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! A sleek and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it is even bigger than it may appear in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for playing soccer and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! In terms of equipment, everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, both inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

Residence: stunning views of the accommodation and the pool over the sea, idyllic setting. Our accommodation was impeccable, ideal for a family or vacation with friends. The hosts are very welcoming, smiling and available. We recommend this place without a second thought.

We were very well received by Stéphane who showed us around and who informed us about the restaurants and the beautiful beaches that are not lacking nearby. It's a nice cozy nest where everything is in its place. We really enjoyed the large terrace with the sun loungers as well as the pool. Antony and Stéphane are very discreet hosts. We felt alone in the world. In addition, we had sunshine all week. Porticcio is a pretty corner of Corsica that is worth a visit. I recommend a stop at these generous and very attentive hosts. We will certainly return to this region.

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. The accommodation is modern, clean, well designed and well-equipped, with views of the beautiful Gulf of Liscia. The rocky coast is 100m away passing by the path that runs along the hotel, The sandy beach of Stagnone is a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is peaceful, shops and restaurants are just a few miles away, and the bay is within driving distance of Ajaccio, Porto, Corte ... To top it off, the whole host is responsive and friendly, I recommend it!

Apartment that matches the listing. Super Clean When we arrived, we enjoyed finding something to cool off after the trip and snacking with Corsican cakes. Great location. Close to shops, restaurant, museum, beaches, buses... We had a great week.

Clean space, as described. Very well placed. On the heights allowing a beautiful view. Walking distance to the center in about fifteen minutes (many steps). To go up a free shuttle (Prefecture / Parking Miséricorde line) drops us off right next to the residence (stop "CAF"). A great location to enjoy the city of Ajaccio and its surroundings.

Very nice and quiet location but secluded. Thus, it must be considered in advance where to buy. Restaurant and shop is about 2km walk along the beach. By car or motorcycle, it takes 1 hour to go back and forth along the road. For us, the motorcycles were an ideal starting point to explore Corsica and to shop in Ajaccio on the way home so that the evening on the balcony with sunset could be enjoyed. Unfortunately, the neighbor's tree is growing more and more into the field of vision and obscures the view of the sea. That's really a shame and the only negative thing about this beautiful and very cozy apartment. Alex was very friendly, helpful and always available if we needed anything. Communication was possible in French, English and German. We liked it very much, thank you Alex and Lena for the time we were able to spend there.
