A lovely clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. A good selection of games and jigsaws and books including a lot of local interest books. There are constantly changing views as the tide goes in and out, ending the day with some glorious sunsets.Two minutes walk to the path for walking or cycling.

Rowan was very pro active from the get go. Well communicated throughout. The reality of the outcome was far better than the pictures. Fantastic get away with beautiful surroundings. Well done to the family set up. Overall highly recommended and a 5* service from the host himself - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was spacious, light and airy. Very peaceful location right on the Tarka Trail, so lovely walks literally on the doorstep. Very easy to walk into the village too. The space was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.

We loved our stay the flat had everything we needed for a comfortable short break. With only a short walk to the seaside it was perfect for us and the children. Linda was very helpful with everything we needed and was quick to respond to any questions.

A great spacious apartment with wonderful views of Saunton Sands. Very clean and well equipped and comfortable beds. Tol was veery helpful and communicated very well and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

A great stay at Chestnut Cabin, Braunton. A great location for plenty of reminscing in the local area, having lived locally around 30yrs ago. Easy to find, great comms from Greg before the stay, and ideally located for all parts of North Devon, West Somerset, and North Cornwall.

Spent a pleasant few days here. Beautiful coastline and wonderful sunsets. Apartment is reasonably well equipped, with comfortable seating area. Absolutely ideal for two people. Very clean and tidy.

Spent a lovely week in Woolacombe Bay. The apartment was exactly as described and the super king bed was very comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning with a beautiful beach just across the road. Super contact with Julia, can’t fault anything.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Steve was super helpful and responsive. There were detailed instructions for everything and information about the area. We would definitely stay again!

Linda, the host was incredibly accommodating as we had to book at short notice due to a safety concern with a previous booking. Everything was sorted within minutes. The house was beautiful, clean, quiet, immaculately kept and easy to find want to read the travel instructions. Thank you, Linda.

Just to say we had a lovely stay at Christine’s which was local to our family to visit. Had a lovely time and the home spotless. Christine was always on hand for any queries. Stunning views overlooking Woolacombe beach. We were taken aback from the moment we walked in. Very easy to walk down to the village, with everything you need within 5 min walk. We had very chilled evenings just taking the world in watching the tides rise and fall. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely - the open plan living room and kitchen was perfect to get together. The place was very bright and had a lovely outdoor space. It’s a perfect location for walking and to reach the beaches nearby.

Jennifer was so helpful during our stay - going out of her way to get non feather duvets for our kids with allergies. The flat was super clean and the rooms are all even bigger than they look in the photos. We all loved the pool.

Exceptional. Only way to describe our stay. Beautiful location; not just neat and clean but with every small detail thought of. From a small bottle of milk to a lovely wine, and a good selection of glasses it was all rather nicely done. Don’t miss the hot tub. Don’t let the pre arrival Terms & Conditions and fines worry you much.. staff we interacted with were excellent - both on-site and online.

We had a fantastic time. The accommodation was clean and tidy, the views were delightful. the children enjoyed playing in the games room, meeting the animals and relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts were kind, friendly and engaging and made our stay a delight.

We had a lovely stay at The Egg Shed for my partners 40th- the place was cozy, comfy, very clean and as described. Fantastic hotub too, and a gift left for the birthday! Would highly recommend! Thank you.

What an amazing place to stay in Ilfracombe. The View has exactly that but much much more, its a beautiful apartment with great amenities and easy to walk to the Town and waterfront if you need to. Add to this the clear instructions and responsive host and its a perfect match. We will definitely be back.

The flat was absolutely immaculate and the views were stunning! It was spacious, but still cosy and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms were really clean. Check-in was really easy and Sharon provided great details for directions and parking. We couldn’t have asked for anything better from our stay, and we’d love to return in the future!
