Welcome to my charming townhouse located in the middle of the 13th-century village of Apricale, 2 minutes from the village Piazza. The house is built on a hill. Three floors with kitchen at the bottom, living room on the middle floor with sofa bed and exit to balcony, at the top beautiful bedroom with wonderful view from French balconies. Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

The house was recently renovated in 2018/2019 and consists of a comfortable departure room,a fully equipped kitchen with a loft, a bathroom with toilet and shower. And stunning views to the surrounding hills. The house is in the heart of the village, whose original charm it still retains its original charm.

The house is located in the heart of Bussana Vecchia - 3 km from the beaches of Bussana. We are in a medieval village from the 1100s where cars cannot circulate, and parking is on the public road about 200-500 meters from the accommodation. From the parking lot, you have to walk on cobblestones, uphill, and people need to have strong legs.
