At the gate of the Guard, on the shore of the Ivy Lake, we are waiting for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach, water sports, hiking, biking, fishing in a wonderful natural environment. There is a separate fenced dog-friendly beach in addition to the well-kept, shaded beach, buffets, and promenade. The apartment is on the north side of the house, so the temperature does not heat above 24°C on the hottest summer days, and an air cooler also supports the ideal climate. As a guest lounge, we welcome you with a bumpy strudel!

...enjoy - relax - recover... Our wine cellar is located on the sleepy Radlingberg in the South Burgenland landscape conservation area >Weinidylle<. Lovingly, modernly and sustainably renovated in 2018, it offers those seeking relaxation a cozy feel-good atmosphere. The Stöckl also impresses with its unique location with a view of the countryside. With a sauna, spa area (accessible via an external staircase), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, gazebo and wood-burning stove, life & nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Cabin Balaton

A Cabin Balaton egy olyan szálláshely, ahol a hozzánk érkezők egyszerre élvezhetik a balatoni nyüzsgést, túrázhatnak a kabin szomszédjában kezdődő Balaton-felvidéki Nemzeti Park erdeiben vagy akár egész nap az ágyban bekuckózva, egy teljes falnyi üvegfelületen keresztül élvezhetik a kilátást, ami tulajdonképpen már maga az erdő. Far from the paved road, the noise of the world, the white adobe house of Kereseszeg stands in the forest. We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house. Living room with a sofa bed, where + 1 person can fit comfortably. Reading corner, kitchen, dining table. Large double bedroom. Modern bathroom. The old barn has become an apartment with a private bathroom. Covered terrace, dining set, barbecue.

Ban house in Barabásseg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.

Our house offers a quiet retreat in the middle of orchards, vines, and fields, where you don't have to give up on modern and clean comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want silence, you don't have to move out, the sun goes around the building, it's impossible to enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood and the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we cannot accommodate children (0-16 years)

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

Két szobás, erkélyes lakásunk a belvárostól néhány percre, mégis csendes helyen lévő társasház első emeletén található (lift nincs). Bejáratát kívülről biztonsági kamera figyeli. A ház előtt ingyenes a parkolás, de tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben éttermek, a szomszédos parkban pedig sportolási lehetőség és játszótér is várja Önöket és gyermekeiket.
