Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

This place was great, an easy drive to all the hotspots and a quiet neighborhood vibe.

The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

Stunning house!! Perfect location for family gatherings and a vacation getaway. The amazing amenities, such as the pool, fire pit, and the unique basement with the games is everything you could possibly need for fun. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

The house was as described and we had a great visit. We were very comfortable in the uniquely decorated rooms with interesting art and numerous books. We enjoyed the large yard, pool and garden. Our dogs had plenty of space to play and the nearby hiking trails were great.

Galen and Clark were wonderful hosts. Galen was one of the friendliest and most responsive and accommodating hosts I've ever had with Airbnb and I've stayed at many. The house is in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous garden. It was wonderful to have a comfortable sitting area along with two lovely bedrooms for my visit there with an old friend. Also, very clean. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great visit!

Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

We were here for a wedding and the house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was ideal for our purpose. Samantha was always quick to answer all of our questions - she's a great host!

Adrianna and Tara's place hit the spot for our needs.. we thoroughly enjoyed the setup inside with all the special touches and the outside had great amenities and access. We had a really nice time and will definitely be back! Thank you again for being such great hosts!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, immaculate, spacious, and well-stocked. The location was perfect, we walked into Edgartown every day, and rented bikes to get to the beach. Amy was super responsive and the house manual she provided in advance had all of the info we needed. The only downside was construction on a neighboring house— the work was noisy and a little disruptive, and large construction vehicles sometimes blocked the road getting into and out of the house. No fault of Amy’s, though, and hopefully the work will be done soon!

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this magical cottage. It was absolutely adorable and spotlessly clean. It's even more charming than the photos. It is in a great location that is walkable to a beach and an easy drive to much of the cape. We had the best time and can't wait to come back!

The house was perfect for our week on the island. The location was nice and quiet, but conveniently located within a short walking distance of everything in downtown Edgartown. Our host Claire was kind enough to suggest recommendations on some favorite locations and activities around the island. The house had everything we needed for a family of 4 and a baby. And the outdoor shower was so relaxing.

Everything was wonderful. The place is excellent, clean, with a lovely outdoor area, and well-located for biking. I would not hesitate to come back :)

Our stay at this house was excellent! We wanted a private location and this place delivered. There were five adults and two kids and we had plenty of space not only to sleep, but eat and hang out as well. The communication was excellent on the part of both Carlo and Leah, and we were delighted to find that even though the site said that the jacuzzi wouldn't be running until May first, they had it going and ready for us on April 19th. We thought that the price was great, LOVED the location, and are already looking forward to booking this same place in the future. Thanks for providing this excellent backdrop for our wonderful week!

We traveled with 4 couples who have know each other since HS, 40 years ago. It was a great home to relax and catch up. The house is lovely and we loved that we each had our full bath! I highly recommend this home and this location.

The spotlessly clean interior is thoughtfully decorated with impeccable style, and every amenity has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. This is a lovely old family home that has been updated with all the modern kitchen and bathroom conveniences you need. Very cute cottage feel, lovingly maintained and updated just enough over the years. Our group included three couples with kids, and the many rooms were perfect for us. One note is that the full bed described is a bit more of a daybed so kind of small, but still cozy. Great house for a family with kids. Really pretty landscaping too and a lovely back deck. Would stay again!

Excellent location halfway between the beach and main street! Plenty of space and beds to accommodate our whole family, and a big backyard to play in. Sarah and Christin were super responsive to all of our questions and sent us local recommendations for restaurants and farmers markets. Would definitely stay here again!
