You can rent the entire guesthouse, which is an authentic Japanese house from the Taisho era (approximately 100 years old). You can feel at home and enjoy a relaxing stay in Nara. Located right next to Nara Park, about a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station. It's also easy to enjoy a quiet stroll in the early morning or at dusk. With their lattice windows, tea rooms, verandas, courtyards, and Japanese-style houses built in the Taisho era, these properties are full of charm and character. Please enjoy a relaxing, convivial time in the living room, which features a sunken kotatsu facing the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, pot, cooking utensils, and more. Please enjoy your time here—cook together, look out over the garden, and gather around a hot pot at the low table! There are two toilets and two shower rooms. There are no facilities like a hotel, but we would appreciate it if you could have a nostalgic atmosphere and a relaxing time. There are a total of 3 rooms, including only the bedroom (or 4 rooms if the large Japanese-style room is divided). We will prepare the meal according to the number of guests. This unique accommodation has its own style. Newly built and opened in October 2023. The host lives in the management room on the first floor, but you can use the space almost as if you were renting the entire building. The entire second floor is private. In addition to the spacious living/dining/kitchen area centered around the Graph Tek island kitchen, the villa's most distinctive space, the Sky Terrace, features outdoor sofas, a sauna (available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM), a Jacuzzi, and a projector with a screen up to 100 inches for enjoying movies and more. In addition, there is a full-fledged BBQ grill made by the Canadian company Broil King (now Weber due to circumstances), so you can enjoy a barbecue at any time, and you can also enjoy it with a glamping feel. (It is better to prepare thick-cut steak for the BBQ grill rather than meat for yakiniku.) For sightseeing, it is very convenient, as it is located near the nearest JR Kizu Station, which is about 36 minutes by express train to Kyoto Station, about 60 minutes by express train to Osaka Station, and about 6 minutes by express train to Nara Station.

The Nishimura Residence is a traditional Nara machiya (townhouse) that is over 110 years old.In 2019, I renovated “Grandma's House,” where I spent a lot of time as a child, and opened it as an inn.Since the Nara machiya has been preserved in its original state, it may cause some inconvenience, and it is not a luxurious hotel where everything is provided. 　Instead, I believe there is no better place than Nara-cho to immerse oneself in the “comfortable rustic atmosphere” that permeates the town.We provide books in the room and a vegetarian breakfast in the hope that this environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the station, will help you with “introspection and recovery.”(You can purchase almost all of the books in the room.) 　Please spend this evening listening to your own heart's voice, surrounded by the tranquility of the Nishimura residence and Nara-cho.
