This place was amazing. I recommended to anyone looking for an incredible stay with kids and family. We will definitely be back again.

Although place is managed remotely with help of care take the host in proactive to ensure comfortable stay. Place is neat ,clean and calm.

Place is admittedly remote but host's inputs and instructions were very helpful. Best to have a personal vehicle while traveling or leave for town in the morning and return in the evening - that way local cabs are available. Host had references for food service providers and kept a reasonably stocked kitchen with tea, sugar and milk. Cooking stove and Ro water were functional. Loo and shower were functional. Remoteness is the charm and host's helpfulness makes things happen.

The place is pristine with good walk arounds. Being a monsoon season, few waterflows had started nearby. Not much crowded gave added advantage to my super responsive, Arlo (Doberman) and he enjoyed his freedom and guarded as if the place was his guard area. Overall, the food was amazing; however, the host charged us the delivery charges. He also insisted for Dog charges separately which was already included, I guess in overall price. Overall a good stay; would recommend for a group including dog lovers.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff and caretaker are the nicest people and managed everything so well. The house is well-kept and very clean and is full of necessary and essential items for a stay. The food was really tasty and homely and we loved every dish we requested. A very pleasant stay and the host Revathi is nice and took care of our needs and was available when required. The house itself is nestled in a green spot and surrounded by mango, supari and coconut trees. An ideal stay and we went there for my wife's birthday celebration and she will remember this one for sure! Revathi even helped us arrange cake for the birthday and even asked the caretakers to make Ukdiche Modak as a little birthday surprise from their side. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture! Next time we plan to come with our kid and enjoy the stay again! Thank you!

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

This was the first time we decided to take all our 3 cats for a trip to Kapil's farmhouse. The farmhouse is well equipped with all the necessary requirements, from kitchen to inverter to AC in both the rooms, water purifier, oh and the comfy sofa! All 5 of us had such a lovely time there. If you keep the door open, you can smell the sweet fragrance of flowers and witness the beauty of nature. Kapil is a lovely host, very kind and helpful. We would definitely visit here again!

My wife and I stayed at Len’s Hideaway for a month and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location was great and the apartment clean/well maintained. 5 stars – A Perfect Riverside Orchard Retreat! We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful Airbnb nestled amidst lush coconut groves and mango orchards. The setting was serene, green, and absolutely refreshing—perfect for a break from the city. The riverside views, open skies, and peaceful surroundings created a postcard-perfect atmosphere throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vilas and his team for their outstanding hospitality. They made us feel right at home with freshly cooked, homely meals tailored to our preferences. Their warmth and attentiveness really elevated the experience. Whether it was plucking mangoes straight from the trees, enjoying nature walks under swaying palms, or simply soaking in the tranquil vibe—this place had it all. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, nature, and genuine care. We'll definitely be back!

gem of a place . The caretaker jana Bai was very much welcoming and made us feel at home. she cooked homely meals for us which were less spicy as we were traveling with a toddler . lots of greenery around . highly recommended if you travel with family .

Had a lovely stay at Vrihi. The place is peaceful, well kept, and just perfect for a quiet getaway. What really stood out though was Dhaval’s hospitality. Right from the start, he was super helpful, always available, and shared some really good recommendations that made our trip even better. Also, I still can’t get over the Maggi I had there honestly, probably the best I’ve ever had. Simple but so comforting. Would love to come back again. Thank you, Dhaval, for making the stay so smooth and memorable.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was perfect for a weekend getaway — serene, well-equipped, and beautiful. We were a group of colleagues, and it delivered beyond expectations. The host was super responsive, right from our queries before booking to post-checkout follow-ups. The caretakers were courteous and helpful throughout. The pool, rooms, and lush farms were all top-notch — a solid 100/10! The highlight? Fresh mangoes, lemons, and more from their plantation — some of the best we’ve ever had! If I had to nitpick, the approach roads had construction, so it took us a bit to figure out the route. Also, food delivery is limited, but local dhabas make up for it. Bonus: the pictures online don’t do justice — the host undersold and overdelivered! 😄 All in all, an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Deepika's calm serene Farm Stay was truly unforgettable! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the lush greenery and the soothing ambiance of the property with a lily pond at its centre. The rooms were immaculately clean, with plush beds and spotless washrooms that exuded a sense of hygiene, care and comfort. The kitchen was equally impressive, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The real highlight for our kids was the delightful garden, complete with sprinklers that added a playful touch to their stay. But the pièce de résistance was the charming gazebo, perfect for relaxation and taking in the picturesque surroundings. We were warmly welcomed by Deepika's furry friends, a friendly pet dog and cat, who added to the property's charm. And the home-cooked food was simply delicious. What truly made our stay exceptional was Deepika herself. She was a superb host, meticulous in every detail, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

We Travelled with a 16 month old Baby. The Caretaker Mr. Arjun and his accomplice Shubham were very responsive and helpful. The stay was very peaceful with breathtaking views. I want to callout - The Inhouse restaurant serves Amazing Vegetarian Food, they also customise and take requests. Highly Recommend this place.

Mohraan is a beautiful place with an amazing concept that connects you with nature in every possible way….the place is nestled in nature and is very thoughtfully designed and made…you can choose to relax in the lap of nature or indulge in lots of offbeat activities like kayaking, fishing, trekking which adds to the thrill of this place..the food is very homey and prepared with love and care….. We enjoyed our stay at Mohraan and it really rejuvenated us…

We went with kids, it was one of the best farmhouse. The place was clean and very well maintained. Nivi was responsive. This place is value for money definitely recommed. I will visit again. She was kind enough to give us the late checkout. There are restaurant and food shop around and the place has natural water which i havent seen anywhere.

Words aren't enough to Thank Mr Anil and his lovely team, we had a very memorable stay at Ludo villa, we being French family of 5 we were totally lost as we arrived in Goa for the first time but then Mr Saddam the property Manager helped us with everything,from organising taxis, restaurants , chef to cook for us ,would not have been possible without Saddam, Samim caretaker of the villa was always helpful and took care of us during the stay, I must say this Ludo villa is the best in Goa, Mr Anil our host also has other few villas to rent for stay so please do not hesitate to contact him for booking your stay ,Anil has his best team and this property cannot be missed if you are looking for great hospitality,perfect communication,their humbleness and being eager always to help 24×7 to make life easy during the stay, we are grateful to Anil and his entire team and sure will visit again in future, Jane , Jérôme from France

Words and pictures cannot do justice to this place. The sheer positive energy and vibrations felt at this place is remarkable. Me, my wife and Rambo (my pet dog) had planned to take a halt here on the way to visit Trimbakeshwar temple for one night. We ended up staying there for 2.5 days! Sachin is a brilliant host. He had catered to all our needs. He is also the instructor and guide for the yoga, breathwork and sound healing sessions. Evenings were spent Sitting by the moonlight and enjoying the stars, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the sounds of just nature. My dog loved it at the place. Very conducive to have your pet here. Although there is a slightly bad patch of mud road in the final access to the property, the not so easy accessibility is preferable to patrons seeking the perfect balance of peace and activity here. It’s actually not too bad, I was able to drive and reach the place in my Honda City Sedan. Highly recommended to try their longer courses ( 7 days +).

Had the best time with my family. We had a very peaceful stay while eating farm fresh food and breathing clean, crisp air. The sustainability that the hosts have maintained makes you realise how simple can things be. They have very minimal yet beautiful furnitures, a cute little kitty and the boss dog, K. The hosts are so so warm, it felt just like home! The food, the hospitality, the love, it's all so natural, my mother didn't want to leave the place! All in all, best place to spend with family or to just relax!

What touched me most was how thoughtfully Aunty looked after my child’s meal preferences. She treated my little one like her own, ensuring every meal was made with love and tailored to their taste,something that’s rare to find and deeply appreciated by any parent traveling with kids. Even Prashant uncle is a gem of a person. Vrindavan is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel cared for.
