Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arabian Sea

The place is perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of life providing ample space to relax, chill and enjoy the nature from close. The location is a private house and blessed with scenic Valley view. The property owner Mr Janak is a great host. The cook Alka prepares very delicious meals including typical Gujarati dishes. The caretaker Ankush is a great person, and always available for support during our stay. The place also provides opportunity for a good morning walk and or run without any traffic hinderance. The property is old but bed linen and baths are well maintained with hot water and cleanliness in and around. Eventually it was a great family time for us accommodating 10 people in one place. We had great fun in playing childhood games and run around the property.

The place was awesome and matches the description. Ac , geyser, kettle, linen , towels & bedsheet are were in good shape and working. Room has ample space to accommodate 5 people. Need to Request for toileteries like soap and handwash. Overall experience was worth value for money as sanket's mother was very welcoming and took care of all the request. Would like to visit again in future. Thanks.

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

I spent 1 – 10 May 2025 here on a solo trip and loved it. I have stayed in many apartments across Dubai. This apartment was up there with the best. It's a quick walk to Dubai Mall, but what really got me were the views, you look straight at the Burj Khalifa and the Address Hotel, and even with the fountain drained for maintenance it was still a wow moment every morning and night. Inside was spotless: comfy king-size bed, and 2 single beds, as well as a sofa bed, proper blackout curtains, good water pressure and a little welcome stash of coffee pods, tea and cold water. Wi-Fi never hiccupped, the smart-lock was handy, and the parking spot was right by the lift on P1, which saved me hunting around in the garage. I used the pool and gym a couple of times and they were both quiet and clean. The host checked in over message to make sure I was settling in and replied fast. All in all, it felt more like staying at a friend’s well-kept apartment than a rental, and I’d happily book it again.

We had a great stay at this place, host was super friendly and accommodating. The place accommodated our large group very comfortably!

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It was a great location in the marina and close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Patrick was a lovely host and was quick at responding to anything you needed. I stupidly left my trainers and a couple pieces of clothing at the apartment and Patrick has been super helpful getting it back to me! Apartment was lovely and clean! The view from the bedroom is incredible! Would 100% stay here again!

Great place for a family stay. Master bedroom has a great view from the window. One bed was not comfortable to sleep, others were good. Good water filter system in the kitchen. The two host were great and helpful, although they didn't speak any English. They helped us with the cleaning, laundry, scooter renting, and ordering food and taxi. The host stayed in the little house next to pool, but they didn't disturb us. Location is pretty private and there is a great view from the balcony. 20 minutes drive by scooter to the beach. Little shops in 5 minutes walking distance. Overall good experience and we can recommend this apartment. Host was also very thoughtful and helpful.

This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

Himanshu was incredibly cooperative throughout the whole stay , the perfect place to stay with friends and family , awesome facilities with stunning pool the care taker was so helpfull, no disturbance at all , all the amenities worked perfectly fine.

Right from the get go, Shardul has been so proactive and helpful, it made our stay so much easier! One things that definitely stood out for us was the beautiful property. In Alibaug, you usually don't find such lavish luxury properties, worth the price! Great caretaker, and fantastic home cooked meals...we had an amazing time... Kihim beach was hardly 15mins from the place. You can easily walk, stroll across the lanes, check out the lcoal stores selling home made papads, sukkat etc. , have tea at local eateries, and have a great time with friends/family.

Chetan is a wonderful host and Anil the caretaker communicated well too. I felt the cleaning needs to improve a bit. Rest the whole stay was wonderful.
