It was a very scenic and cute place. Very cozy getaway from the rush of Mumbai. The caretaker made it feel homely. The food served was yummy!! Loved the peace which this place had offered. Recommending to all to visit this place.. the early morning view was just wonderful! The pool was so clean and relaxing 😌

For us, this was the best stay in a villa ever, place was very very beautiful and spacious, clean, tidy, interior was beautiful, parking space for 2 cars was available, and above all the host is one of the best of the best, service was 10/10, the place is very worth it and I recommend everyone to stay here. Bathrooms were very clean I was amazed, beds are super comfortable you don’t even wanna wake up from them, kitchen is spacious and has all amenities needed, dinning table is wonderful! The whole place looks like another world. I thank Shaheens’ nest so much for the best experience ever. Surely not the last stay here. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

To start with, this house is the perfect getaway for a relaxing yet energizing stay in South Goa. It's located in a prime spot, with beautiful beaches just a short ride away, Palolem is only 4 km (around 11 minutes), Patnem just 1.8 km (about 6 minutes), Agonda Beach 11 km (roughly 22 minutes), and Cabo de Rama is about 25 km away. Shefali has thoughtfully put together a detailed pdf with everything you need to know about the places to visit, eat, and fun activities to try. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Katja the manager was the heart of the place. She was incredibly warm and kind, always there to help whenever I needed anything. The house itself is beautifully built and decorated, it truly felt like a home away from home. The vibe of the place is something special, I’m still missing it! And Nafisa, another gem in the property made delicious breakfasts every morning, and her lovely smile made my day. Kind people, a fantastic location, and a stunning property!!

Had a wonderful stay. The view is beautiful from the room and has all the things you need. The room was very clean and the host is responsive and happy to help. The building is at a great location, close to airport, marina, jbr and all important spots. The building also has a convenience store which is 24x7

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family during our much-needed vacation after two years of hard work. The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to offer support when we encountered a minor issue. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch cleaning and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location truly exceeded our expectations, with access to more than three pools, a well-equipped gym, and a beautifully clean, serviced beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Mohammed’s place was excellent in every way! From the moment of booking, Mohammed was very friendly and helpful with any requests and easy to reach with any questions. The apartment itself was very cozy to relax in at the end of the day and fully equipped with everything you could want from tv to wifi, a/c, kitchen, and so much more! Place is exactly as described. Very neat and well kept. Host and caretaker are all very proactive and willing to help. They have everything you would need during your stay and go the extra mile. Extra blankets, sheets, towels and even board games if you need, just shows they enjoy hosting and think about everything the guests could need.

The apartment was easy to locate, and the view from the balcony was lovely. The flat was well-maintained and had a vibrant, welcoming look. All the necessary amenities were available, which made our stay comfortable. We really liked our stay and would recommend it to others.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
