Close to Aradul Nou Railway station and tram station, 5 minutes from the motorway Facilities: gas hob, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, sandwich maker, kettle, coffe machine, smart TV , wifi, bathroom with tub and shower, washing machine, barbecue, terrace.
