Feel the warmth and comfort of our special home!Our house is located in the village of Baghramyan, 20 minutes drive from Yerevan (by taxi $4 or by bus 205, which runs every 15 minutes). Within walking distance there is a supermarket and shops, there is a park with children's swings. We provide all guests with one free transfer from or to the airport and provide a SIM card with a local number and Internet.

A cozy, sunny apartment in a new building near the center of Yerevan. All the necessary amenities are within a walking distance from the house: gym, swimming pool, shopping center, market, as well as many grocery stores. In addition, there is a very nice park nearby with lots of cafes and restaurants. It is worth noting that you can reach the center of the capital on foot in just 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities. If something is missing, I am open to suggestions!

Sometimes I catch myself watching people passing by, a grandma picking up a granddaughter from school, couples, young people, old people... I watch them and travel with them in my mind. Taking into conciduratiom that the windows are not see through from outside, You will not feel disturbed, yet You can feel who are the people living in the neighbourshood.
