The stay was great, so much so that I ended up extending for another week and I will extend a few more days. The apartment is very functional, it has all the necessary beyond 2 tvs , which tells a lot to those who like to watch series and movies. Cintia is a great host, always answering our questions quickly.

The apartment is beautiful, organized, clean and fragrant, just like in the photos. What was lacking was the condominium, in addition to being far from the city center, very noisy, especially in the front property (lake), and the other guests. I was very upset about the water park, as it had two tiny “heated” pools that didn't even fit half the number of people staying, and the large pool is freezing, I had to spend the day at another club to enjoy the warm waters.

The loft is exactly as shown in the photo, everything is beautiful. Perfect location… close to the main points we wanted. I plan to I'll come back one day and if it's available, I'll stay there. Safe place, the rooftop is beautiful!

I stayed with my family in Renata and Ana Maria's apartment in June and I highly recommend it! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, very clean and without a musty smell, which we value a lot because of rhinitis. It accommodated 3 adults and 1 child well. The condominium is excellent, with 3 pools: one cold, one warm and one very warm (hot), open until 11 p.m. What surprised us was the hygiene: every night the water in the hot and warm pools is changed! There is a restaurant/bar on site, but you are also allowed to bring food and drink from home to the pool area. The location is perfect, close to the “I love Caldas Novas” sign, restaurants, Shopping Singapura and the “little trains of joy” stop. We did everything by walk! The experience was great and we highly recommend it!

An unforgettable house and I will definitely return. Place in a sensational condominium with a cold and heated swimming pool infrastructure with the daily cost of R$30.00 per person but being able to use all day, option when there are no scheduled tours. The House is complete, large, beautiful and large outside area, hospitalization, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and large rooms, A Maria always willing to help us in every way. We were well served by both Maria and the condominium where I made friends with people. There's indoor bakery, you can walk, the Pet was comfortable in the house and the condominium with daily walks and also when we left. Excellent in everything, I recommend this home.

At first it was a little hard to find, but we soon found it and we didn't have any problems anymore, a great house and she always ready to assist us, on the way out we needed more time and understood and helped us, very grateful and sure to return to Caldas, we would stay again.

It doesn't have air conditioning, but it doesn't need it, and the ceramic tiles make the house cool. It's large and comfortable, and I felt at home.
