Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Araguaia River

Very happy for the choice of space. The resort met my expectations and the apartment very comfortable and exactly as in the publication. Indico for hosting and I intend to return.

Sensational place… we stayed 8 wonderful days.. we enjoyed it a lot, we enjoyed it a lot… super attentive hostess… vlw the pain to travel 1500km to spend our vacation in this place…

The apt is very good, all new, TV in the living room and in the bedroom, very beautiful view of the windows, large refrigerator. The communication with Lucas was great, when I contacted him, he immediately responded with all education in the world. Super recommend it, I'll be back soon for sure. I recommend going out of commemorative dates to enjoy more, the condominium was very crowded, elevators super congestion.. More about apt... All Perfect.

The location is excellent: a prime neighborhood close to points of interest for car travel. The apartment is cozy and functional. Good bed and good shower. Good air conditioning. High floor with a nice view. Super easy check-in and prompt response from the hosts at all times, including directions to places to wait for check-in time. The building's leisure area is also very good - especially the pool and sauna. I stayed for 6 days and would stay longer.

The condominium is wonderful and the staff are super attentive and polite. Francinete is an amazing person. Super attentive, polite and dedicated to the comfort of the guests. I recommend it to everyone interested. You can go without fear. Perfect... I'll go again.

My wife and I have stayed at Residencial Casa da Madeira a few times. It was the first time we stayed at this Cleyde unit. The apartment is excellent, as shown in the photos, very clean, air-conditioned in the bedroom and living room. It has a full kitchen (filter with cold water, air fryer, cook top, microwave, among other portable electronics and kitchen items that make the stay easier). The condominium has a family atmosphere, is very organized and well located.

3rd time in the Riviera, always excellent. very well located, and now has many restaurants and even a mall around the place.

The location of the apartment is very good. The building's leisure complex is very good, very clean, with polite and helpful staff. The restaurant's food is good and at a fair price. Mr. Armênio was very polite and helpful, from the time I booked the trip until after we left. He gave us a lot of information about the apartment, about Park Veredas, about the city, restaurants, leisure. We will definitely return and refer to friends and family.

Great pools, the apartment is brand new, very well maintained. Too bad it doesn't have a stove and kitchen utensils, it's more for spending the day and eating at the restaurant in the condominium or eating out. Everything I needed, the reception attended to and Aryel always responds and attends to requests and questions.

What a wonderful place, great apartment. Super considerate host. I will definitely be back!
