5 stars I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. New Wave was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Everything was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great space to stay. The beds were very comfortable. Had a coffee and supplies for eating. No silverware though. They had lots things to do like Games. Lots of fishing supplies, if you like to go fishing. Behind the room is the beautiful ocean with a big pier you can go out on. The water is very calm and you can see all the fish and crabs swimming around. Will stay again when I come back.

Our stay was great! Check-in was a breeze and the place was very clean and taken care of. Host was very responsive and friendly. Beach access directly from the condos was such a plus for the area. Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Port Aransas! The unit was very clean, provided all basics needed for several days, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. Our stay was quiet, peaceful, and the proximity and view of the Gulf was spectacular! We hope to come back for another visit soon.

It was clean with plenty of amenities. Overall, the family had a good time. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The area near the pool was really well done.

I recently stayed at this beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the easy beach access — a short walk down the beach access boardwalk. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonard and Glenda's Beach Condo. It was clean and plenty of space for the four of us. The beds were comfy. A bonus is that the pool is less than 30 yards from the back porch.

Family loved this spot! Pool was nice and clean along with the propane grill! Kitchen was clean, and they had complimentary beach towels and blankets to lounge around. New dishwasher to clean dishes. Beautiful modernized home and bathrooms. So much space! Nothing negative about our stay. Only thing I don’t really like is the late check in and early check out. I did reach out and they accommodated a 12pm check out with was better than 10am. The check in time was 4pm, which ended up working out, but it feels like half the time is wasted at the home checking in so late. They did say you could do 2pm, but I never got a response for that. The only other complaint I had is not the home but the location. The main highway sits outside the entrance to the park and it does not allow golf carts so places will not rent to you. Other than that I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back!!

This property was great even though we didn’t have our own pool it’s as a great location and the pool was always available. I would stay here with family the place has something for everyone

Beautiful brand new home. Outside pool, pool table, corm hole and TV sitting area with swings and a grill fenced in was perfect. Beds in each room were huge and comfortable. Each room seemed like the master. I ended up purchasing as soon as I got home the grown chemist shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that each bathroom had as amenities. Everything was next level.

The house was clean smelled fresh as soon as you walked in. Comfortable beds the setup was nice. We would definitely be booking again!
