Cozy apartment in a great location. Tsialla was a very responsive.

Artak and Lilit were very helpful and responsive. More than that, they were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in their wonderful AirBNB. (A huge thank you to Lilit who made sure that we were comfortable and checked up on us on our trip! It made our stay much more memorable!) The place itself had a lot of amenities and is a walking distance to a lot of places. Everything we needed was already in their place. The building itself felt very safe and secure so we had nothing to worry about. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Quiet, warm, light apartment Everything you need for a comfortable life is available. Carrefour is nearby. Republic Square is a 15-minute walk through the park.

I had an amazing stay at Ruben’s place. From the start, he was super responsive and made everything really easy. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making it a great experience for guests. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. Ruben also had someone local, Tigran, who was always nearby and ready to help with anything that came up. It was great knowing someone was close if we needed anything he really made the stay even smoother. Would definitely stay here again. Huge thanks to both Ruben and Tigran for being such great hosts!

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

Nice place, picturesque view, timely communication, great value

We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!
