We had a short stay in this place. It is a spacious and peaceful place surrounded by greenery. Morning walks around the place were pleasant. Food cooked in the place was a special highlight. Overall, we had a relaxing stay in Kotagiri.

We had a wonderful time! Mr. Pradeep was incredibly kind and took care of all the arrangements. He personally prepared a delicious dinner with nearly 10 dishes, all of which were exceptional in taste. The BBQ chicken is a must-try! The surroundings were peaceful, with the soothing sounds of birds chirping at dawn and in the morning, creating a serene atmosphere. The villa is spacious, featuring two floors—three bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The entire property felt safe and secure. Although we initially booked for six people, only three of us could travel due to a last-minute change, but we never felt unsafe at any point. The location is convenient—16 km from Coonoor railway station and about 23 km from Ooty’s main market. The host was extremely helpful and provided all the necessary details to make our stay comfortable.

My husband and I were looking for a place to unwind, and Xanadu was absolutely perfect for it! The property offers breath taking vistas and has a cozy, homely feel that made it the ideal spot for relaxation. It's such a peaceful and serene location, a real escape from the hustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly helpful and took care of all the necessary chores, including preparing and serving us delicious meals as part of their duties. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back soon. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Thank you Suhashini for opering up part of your home so others can experience it. The room is exactly as in the pictures, in fact even better. The view you end up seeing from the comfort of your bed is perhaps even more spectacular than some of the view points. It quite breezy, bright and delightful to sit in the ample outdoor seating, Binu the caretaker served us wholesome and delicious food when requested. Suhashini's rescue lab maddie and Binu's little beagle were just the most pleasant and warm surprise. Thankyou for your hospitality cheer and kindness, I can't wait to go back!

Words truly fall short in capturing the beauty of this place. We visited to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a piece of heaven. A heartfelt surprise awaited us when Charlie appeared in the dining room with a birthday cake — such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel incredibly special. His warm, friendly nature and willingness to help us explore the area made our stay even more memorable. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the view… simply breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery was a gift in itself. A big shout-out to Indu for her incredible cooking — every dish was delicious, but her chutney was exceptional. She made us so many dosas that we only stopped because we ran out of batter — otherwise, we would have happily kept going!
