The house has three bedrooms and is most comfortable for up to four guests or larger families (by prior agreement where the sleeping arrangements are suitable). Fast Wi-Fi, shops, cafés and University access are all close by.

The location is close to the colleges, pubs and shops. You have your own access in and out through the side door into the back yard, a throughway also used by the family including dogs and bikes.
