This mini loft is located in the heart of the historic center of Montpellier, in a pedestrian area of the old town named "Ecusson". The street is very quiet but the surroundings are animated by many shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. The tren station is 10 mins walk but you can take the tram to the nearest station about 2 mins walk. The beach is accessible with the tram and other buses. On the top floor of a small 19th century building, two small balconies offer views of the aqueduct. Just follow the arches to arrive in five minutes at the gates of the historic center (Jardin des Plantes, Place Royale du Peyrou, Place de la Comédie, Musée Fabre...).
