Guests can enjoy the port of Audenge located 1 km away (fishermen's huts with oyster tastings). Direct access to the Domaine de Certes (protected natural area) which leads to the coastal path and allows the discovery of the bay in all its colors by bike or on foot.

Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

The second room is a bedroom. Garden with dining table, living room and 2 deckchairs, possibility to park a vehicle, sliding gate! Close to shops, bird park, amusement parks, lake, forest and of course the bay as well as bike paths.

Dans une impasse au calme et sur un terrain arboré et privé, la maison dispose d’un jardin sans vis à vis, d’une terrasse et d’un spa au sel. Vous pourrez vous détendre en profitant de la mer, golf, kite surf, du chemin du littoral, des pistes cyclables à proximité.
