Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

We originally planned to only stay two nights but extended our stay because the energy was 100/10 there !! My husband I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s and this is by far one of the best ones! We’re making our way around FL & hope to come back here before heading home. It was a perfect vacation and had everything that we needed! There were even bunnies in the yard every night and we loved that :) Will definitely recommend & plan to be back! The ONLY thing i’d suggest is if the water pressure could be higher but it wasn’t an issue, we appreciated the hospitality! Venice beach was lovely but recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet. Paradise grille & Pops sunset grille were both delicious!! Be blessed!

Perfect stay for my family of 3! The house was within a 10 minute drive to beach parking for Siesta Key, and close to many restaurants. The host left clear instructions and responds quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool for evening swims! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My husband & I had never rented an airbnb before, so we were a little skeptical & nervous about doing so, but with advice from friends & family, we decided to take that route. When we came across Jamin's Tiny Apartment ad, it sounded & looked perfect & reasonably priced. Well, it was perfect! From check-in, when we pulled into the driveway & welcomed by Alex (the manager), to check-out, where we just had to lock up & leave & Jamin always quick to respond when we had any questions. I have o.c.d. & I can tell you the apartment was very clean & I never saw even 1 bug! There were 2 closets equipped with plenty of hangers. One closet was a walk-in with a long mirror & shelving & both had drawers. This not so 'tiny apartment' was far better than we expected. If anyone is considering this airbnb, grab it before you lose it, you won't be sorry! Thank you Jamin & Alejandro for making our first experience as airbnb renters a positive & pleasant one. We look forward to seeing you again.

I stayed in one of Sharon’s units for 3 mounts during my travel contract and it was the best place I’ve stayed in by far in my travel journey. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors also close to all the stores. Will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Place is immaculate , and it feels like home not rental. I highly recommend it. It's also in phenomenal neighborhood, close walk/ ride to downtown.

I enjoyed my stay at Dave and Martha’s, clean, comfy, affordable. Nice cold AC and comfortable bed. Martha was so nice and responsive and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. She provided me with information that I am truly grateful for, also they extended my late checkout which helped me out a lot. I appreciate everything. Thanks again for allowing my son and I to stay at the apt. Would so easily book again for my next stay in Arcadia.

This has been our best AirBnB experience yet! Marti was an awesome host! The unit was extremely nice and newly renovated! Very private but close to the beach and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and enjoyed the place so much we already booked another stay with there for later this year! The bed & pillows were comfortable and there was a nice ceiling fan! And we loved the pool!!

This rental is PERFECT! So homey and so close to the beach! I can go on and on about how perfect this vacation was for us!!

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

Great place, super clean, felt spacious & cozy but modern! Communicative and friendly host, peaceful neighborhood. Definitely recommend and obviously can’t beat the beautiful beaches and atmosphere of Sarasota 🌞

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy Casey Key. My son was able to fish off the dock and we easily walked across to the beach. We hopped to different fishing spots along the key. Very nice place with great views, fully stocked with every utensil and pots and pans for cooking. My favorite spot was the screened in lanai. My only struggle was there was not a grill available even though a grill was listed. We only brought food to grill. We were instructed to use a resort next doors grill which was inconvenient because I had to pack everything and wagon it to where the grill was. It took quite a while to figure out what grill to use. After the first meal we ended up eating out and not using a lot of our food. Other than the grill situation we had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely book again. And next time bring our own grill

I've had many Airbnb stays-- this is at the top of my list of favorites! We could not have had a better experience! Location is fantastic-- quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown, park. The unit was beautiful, well appointed, full of amenities, comfy beds. Fantastic layout, laundry room is super convenient! Gorgeous back yard with private pool and hot tub. They have all you need for a day at the beach. There is so much attention to detail, I could not mention it all here! RENT THE GOLF CART! This was the highlight of my nephew's trip. :) It's SO much fun to ride around town, and so convenient! Tim was so gracious upon our arrival-- he took time to orient us to everything, took us for a ride to show us where everything is around town. He was super responsive, and just delightful to talk with. We felt right at home. We made friends with the family in the other unit and had a great time with them; we are keeping in touch! We can't wait to go back to Tim & Corinna's place!

Overall it was a great stay at Doris' place. She was very accommodating and responsive! Only minus point is that there was a dead cockroach in the bathtub when we arrived.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mossy Oak Ranch — it was everything we were looking for to celebrate our 15-year anniversary. Quiet, private, and relaxing, the backyard amenities were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like having a luxury resort all to ourselves, without the crowds. The home was beautifully decorated, and it’s clear that Eileen and John take great pride in their property. The hospitality was exceptional — Eileen was incredibly attentive and proactive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She even left a personalized note, wine, and snacks, which made us feel so welcome. I was initially a bit hesitant about the outdoor shower, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! While the ranch isn’t very close to many restaurants (about a 45-minute drive), with a little planning, it wasn’t an issue at all. We will definitely be returning to Mossy Oak Ranch — it was a perfect getaway!

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house/apartment was perfect for my wife and me to enjoy a few days in Sarasota. Well furnished and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

Nathalie and her Airbnb were amazing! She was so friendly and accommodating. The pool, her gardens, the entire place was spotless. We had absolutely no issues! She recommended us to some local places which were super helpful, she also had baby pool floats which was a blessing with our little one! We will definitely come back to this Airbnb! The location is prime, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores! This was a great relaxing vacation thanks to her and her Airbnb!
