The apartment is located in a Saxon house, in the heart of BISTRITA, near the Evangelical Church, where the pedestrian center begins with the multitude of terraces and restaurants. We are 7 min far from Lidl(through Central Park) and 15 min far from the train station(on foot). It is newly rehabilitated and offers all the necessary comforts, having a courtyard with free parking. It can be a destination for those eager to get to know the city, but it can also be a hike stop on Via Transilvanica.

Two people can sleep comfortably in the loft bed in the first room and two kids on the folding Danish sofa in the front room. The washer and the dryer are in the second bathroom. We spent the weekend of May 1st there with the family, a total of 8 people. The place was spacious, just enough rooms and beds for all of us. The jacuzzi was a winner in the middle of nature, we really enjoyed it! Nice grilling and outdoor seating /dining area! The house inside was a little cluttered with lots of different decor pieces that created chaos to the eye. One of the toilets was missing the toilet seat.The hosts mom was very responsive,the host's answers were delayed at times so you should always contact the mom vs messaging on Airbnb. We were promised a home baked bread (we would have paid for it,did not expect anything for free) but we never got this even though we had the host's mom there on 2 occasions. She did bring a small basket of muffins and cheese pastry which was nice but this was not what we asked for. It would've been nice for them to let us know beforehand that they weren't baking a bread but we were promised this in chat as well as when we arrived..

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the beautiful Transylvania villa in the Romanian countryside. The property comfortably accommodated all 8 of us, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax and unwind. The surrounding scenery was truly breathtaking—rolling hills, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel completely immersed in nature. The villa itself was well-equipped with fantastic amenities, including a heated pool and comfortable poolside lounge chairs, and a sauna, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. Both the hosts and the property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions promptly. We would love to come back and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with all the comforts of home—and then some!
