Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will just have to enjoy this peaceful retreat. The historic center is a 12-minute walk away. 20 minutes from Dijon, relax in this unique accommodation in the heart of nature. Backed by a windmill, the accommodation was refurbished in 2025. On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and fiber, toilet. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and office. Calm and serenity reign in this unusual and comfortable place. It is surrounded by trees. You will enjoy the birdsong. Access to a private terrace. There's a garage that locks.

From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
