The house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, patio, outdoor garden and car parking space. On the upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and outdoor patio with sea view. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi network. The garden and outdoor patio provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere with a sea view, where you can have your family meal or simply relax and enjoy the excellent sun exposure and view. The house is located 3 km from the golden sandy beach of Calheta, where you can enjoy the beach and/or take a boat trip to see the dolphins and whales.

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!
