Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Arcueil

Everything was great: nice and tidy apartment, convenient neighborhood, close to the metro, you can get to the city center quickly. Meli is very attentive, quick to respond and take care of guests. The photos do justice. Thank you for this great place!

The apartment was easy to get to from Gare du Nord (and any stop along Metro Line 4). Once you leave the metro, the walk is probably half a kilometer with no turns between the metro exit and the entry door. The host gave good instructions, making for an easier self check-in than some I've had. When I had a question, the host was very responsive and proactive. I very much appreciated this. I am unsure if the place is one of several from this host with the same layout, or if some items had been updated since the listing's pictures. It was essentially the same. It is said to accommodate 4 guests. The secondary bed is futon-type, and there is a bar, making it not the most comfortable, particularly for 2 sleepers. There is an older feel to the place, with a bit of musty smell. The mildew present in the grout of the shower may be the source of that. Quite comfortable, regardless. A makeshift solution for a door to close off the shower area leads to gaps; privacy is not ensured.

Albert's place is one of the best Airbnb experiences that I ever had. Albert welcomed me and my parents in his house personally. He arranged plenty of fruits and drinks for us. The apartment is actually better than how it looks in the pictures! It has everything that one needs during a Paris trip. It is well located with metro and bus connections very close-by. Supermarkets and lots of cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance too. The apartment kitchen has every basic thing for your stay. Albert's consideration of every single details made us appreciate his efforts for guest's comforts. Overall, we felt at home and I now know where to stay in my next Paris trip!

We had a really lovely stay in Maxine’s apartment and can’t recommend it enough! Maxime communicates fast and clearly - and was super kind throughout. There’s a metro station, restaurants, supermarkets all within minutes of walking. The apartment is small but space is used ingeniously and there’s a lovely view from the top! Highly recommend! One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is decorated with great taste but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and gives off an atmosphere of tranquility. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angelique is very welcoming and friendly.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
