A casa tem três quartos com cama de casal, um quarto com beliche para 2 crianças até aos 12 anos, um wc c/ banheira e um wc c/ duche. Tem um sofá-cama para 1 adulto e um berço. A cozinha está toda equipada com frigorífico, máquina de lavar loiça, micro-ondas, forno, placa de fogão, cafeteira, torradeira e jarro elétrico. Tem internet, ar condicionado e tv cabo. Tem ainda uma zona de lavandaria, com máquina de lavar roupa. A casa tem uma piscina privativa e salão de jogos (bilhar e ping pong).
