Logement confortable et calme, tres bien situe dans le centre ville de Sedan, avec possibilite de parking facile a proximite. C'est la deuxieme fois que nous y allons. Je recommande sans hesitation

The place is beautiful and just what we needed at the end of a long trip. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The location made it walkable to nearly anywhere in the village. Host was very responsive to questions. There was plenty of space for 6 adults to be comfortably. The only downside was the one toilet. We might have overlooked that in the listing but thought it would contain two toilets since it has two showers. The listing said 'Hot Tub' but there is not a hot tub on site; however, this seemed like a translation issue from French to English. Would defiantly stay again in i was in the area.

Le logement se trouve dans un petit immeuble calme et bien situé. J'ai apprécié mon séjour chez Gauthier, le seul bémol est qu'il est dommage que le mobilier soit dégradé (je pense à cause des anciens locataires). Je recommande tout de même ce logement.

Très beau logement, calme, bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours à plusieurs Domy et Nicolas sont des hôtes accueillants, très sympathiques et toujours à l’écoute Nous venons depuis trois ans avec grand plaisir chez eux !

So, someone else booked this apartment at the same time as us. Aurore immediately contacted us and moved us to another our her listings called Blue Gold. It was great. It is in the same building but on the 11th floor. Two elevators so no worries. The building itself is more modern than charming and is conveniently located with free parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Aurore is super responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Nous avons passer un séjour plus que parfait ! Tout était propre, nous avons été bien reçu dans une petite ville très chaleureuse ! Monique est une bonne personne et très douce avec les animaux ainsi que les bébés. Nous recommandions sans hésité !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Samuel. Au calme, à proximité de Charleville Mézière et du lac des vieilles forges, le logement est idéalement placé. Samuel a pris en considération les remarques faites par les précédents locataires : tapis de bain, plateau de bienvenue avec dosettes de café et madeleines, épicerie de base (sel/poivre) tout est désormais présent dans l'appartement. Merci à Samuel de ses conseils de restos et de balades. Un hôte vraiment très sympa!

Erg aangenaam apartement op de begane grond in een rustige straat. Mooi aangekleed, alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Vrij parkeren om de hoek. Midden in het centrum, dus dichtbij alles in Sedan. Celine is een hartelijke gastvrouw, je voelt je zeer welkom. Highly recommended!

It's a wow factor apartment with an amazing view of Hotel De Ville right out the window - especially beautiful at night. The apartment was on the 5th floor with an elevator with plenty of free street parking available at all times, no hassles there. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home easily. The bathroom was compact but practical and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable with room to hang and store clothing. A washing machine/dryer was in the unit as was and iron and ironing board. It was light and airy and smelt fresh and new each time you walked in. It's a great base to explore the surrounding areas and an easy 15 minute walk into the old town (Place Ducale) - plenty to do in the area. Geraldine was a super host, she greeted us and checked in on us during our stay, which was super nice of her. We were there on a Saturday so saw 5 weddings at the Hotel De Ville - very special.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches—she had a bottle of champagne, fruit juices, and sodas waiting for us in the fridge, which set the perfect tone for a relaxing trip to the Champagne Valley. The apartment itself looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest—immaculately clean, stylishly designed with chic modern appliances, and full of elegant charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the shower, with its pressure, was a piece of art in itself. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of it all, surrounded by cafés, shops, and the vibrant energy of Reims. Sophie was an outstanding host: responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind. We felt so well taken care of, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un séjour génial dans cet appartement exceptionnel au cœur de Reims ! Tout était conforme à la description, voire mieux encore. L’appartement est spacieux, décoré avec goût, et parfaitement équipé. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse : un vrai petit coin de paradis avec jacuzzi, terrain de pétanque, barbecue… parfait pour se détendre entre amis ou en famille. Nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés.

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment is located in one of the shoppings streets in Reims, close to a lot of café's and restaurants so perfect to explore the city and its surroundings. Appartment is spacious, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. For future guests it is worth mentioning that the appartment is located within the ''low emission zone'' of Reims, meaning you need a permit in case you want to park your car near the apartment (you can only get a permit online and at least 14 days in advance). We weren't aware of that so we parked our car a little further (15 minute walk), which is also a perfectly fine solution if you're a little last-minute like we are :)
