Appraisal We had a wonderful stay! The house is extremely comfortable, very well equipped, clean and organized. The view is simply breathtaking, a true invitation to relax and enjoy every moment. We were very well received, with communication that was always quick, cordial and attentive. Everything exceeded our expectations. Isabel (secretary) and her daughter were also great, super friendly. Undoubtedly an experience we recommend and we hope to repeat soon!

Impeccable house, complete and great location!

We were very happy with our stay in this loft! The space is large, comfortable and perfect for those looking for tranquility and practicality. As we work in a home office, the internet has met our needs very well and the work environment is also super cozy. The location is excellent, with several delivery services such as supermarket, hortifruti, pharmacy and even a bakery that delivers fresh bread in the morning. The place is surrounded by nature, has a wonderful pool and the surrounding area is simply charming. We greatly thank the host Luis Henrique, always on hand to help us, very polite and helpful. We would also like to highlight the affection and attention of Dona Elvira and Guilherme, who treated us with great welcoming and sympathy. Our stay was excellent, no problem at all. It was a real pleasure to spend these days in this special place. We recommend and thank you for all the affection and care for us. Success always!

the house is beautiful and the view is stunning, it can be even more beautiful than the photos. spacious kitchen, clean and organized rooms, extremely comfortable sofa. the host left everything in the scheme for us to light the fireplace and the fire and it was very pleasant. the sauna is a delight and the pool is not even mentioned, we really enjoyed it in the fall. we had a great experience and it is already in our favorites to return. :)

Dona Andréia saved my family's carnival. I contacted her the day before the stay and she answered me quickly and kindly! The house is wonderful! Everything was clean and tidy! My family loved the experience and this carnival was remarkable! The place conveys peace, lots of nature and the zeal of Dona Andréia made all the difference! Hope to come back soon! The house is even better than in the photos! It was clean, smelling and organized to welcome us. Fernando responded super quickly my messages and still left a treat for us in the refrigerator, rs. Good to know: the house has many stairs and can be a bit dangerous for very young children. We were with a 1 and a half year old and everything went well because we paid attention to her all the time. Other than that, the house is well equipped, with a beautiful view, working sauna, everything perfect! Also, the condominium has a leisure area and also a restaurant that breaks the twig a lot (great cost-benefit), since you can't order anything by ifood. Hope to be back soon!

Estadia and perfect accommodations, the kitchen deserves a fryer as an additional amenity, the recommended assistant was essential, the house was excellent for the children who played a lot on the lawn.

A perfect full city home in the mountains. Quiet and reserved a little peace of haven for a family getaway. BBQ pool sauna and lots of fun, peace and quiet. Cecilia is gentle and caring, and it reflects in every flower left for our welcome. Jackpot. Thanks! Till a sure next time.

The house is super new, located inside a condominium which made us feel very safe. Super close to Borgo Del Vino. Everything worked as advertised.

A house in the middle of the sky. At night, the view from the starry sky is stunning. The house is very cozy, nicely decorated and you could still enjoy a fireplace with the cold it was making. Adrianaé great host. Always available for any questions. The condominium is very much, being a great place to relax.

Leonardo is very attentive and has always been available for everything we need. The house is great, everything was clean. The location shown on the listing map does not match that of the house. As we went to a birthday in Corrêas ended up getting farther than anticipated, but as Leonardo was very requested and the house was as advertised, this was not an issue, but it needs to be fixed in the listing. The road that gives access to the house is dirt and is bumpy, but it is a small stretch, about 300 meters from the main road. Overall, the stay was great, the host always responded quickly, and the house is perfect for groups to spend the weekend.

We love the house. It is spectacular! All large bedrooms, en-suites with bathroom, all in very good taste. The kitchen and living room integrated with the leisure area was very good to leave the group together. All with plenty of room for many guests. The fireplace gave a special touch in the cold. The place is very beautiful, peaceful, with lots of greenery. If you need it, there is a very well-served market near the house.

Natalia and Sandro were excellent hosts. The house is a cute one. Hotfish. Easy to get to. The pets tie. That was great days. I would recommend it!!

The accommodation was very good and the reception, both from Carolina and the people of the house, was excellent. We will certainly come back!

The house is even better than the pictures show. It had everything we needed, nothing was missing. The leisure area and swimming pool are great. The space is large, clean, with lots of privacy, quiet and with a beautiful look. The host is a sympathy, super attentive and available. From the first contact to answer some questions, I was sure that our carnival would be perfect, and without a doubt, that's what happened. We spent wonderful days and we all left the house, already wondering when we will come back. Eliane is a great host, she welcomed us very well and still helped us with the transportation to the event. The place, even small, accommodated 5 people comfortably. My friends and I love it!

The house is beautiful, the atmosphere is super peaceful. The arrival to the property is easily accessible. The games are very fun and the pool is a delight!!! I recommend taking groceries because there is little iFood or markets near the property! It was a perfect choice to spend my birthday with my friends.

The accommodation is a true spectacle amidst the green and mountains. If you want tranquility and peace of mind, this is the ideal place. The view from the balcony to the river and the mountains is mesmerizing! The house offers everything you need for a quiet stay! Pool, barbecue, pizza oven and everything! The rooms are great and the house has a great structure to host families and groups of friends! I highly recommend!!

Very considerate hosts and super beautiful house

The Sítio is a perfect place to have contact and interact with nature. The exuberant beauty of the place with the sophistication of the house and kindness of the homemakers is a perfect combination to disconnect from the world. The hosts Natália always ready and extremely attentive. The food is wonderful and the rides (hiking and horses) are super cool . I'll be back soon

Points we liked - The view of the lake with the hills behind is very special. The balcony is great. We had several meals on it (We took the living room table). - The lawn at the front of the house overlooking the lake was the most frequented place. - The infra of the house is quite complete. Point of Improvement - With the exception of the kitchen, there are few sockets in the rooms and poorly positioned (behind the closet, behind the bed). Some extensions would resolve.
